Truly terrible, the poor customer service team must be fielding calls all day long 33 rd in the que 2.5 hour wait no reply to emails 7 day order turn around I am now on 4 weeks , no manager and noone that will take calls of complaint apparently they are not allowed to give the details of there director out 'ken' does not take calls!! Avoid do not give them buisness!
