My recent purchase of my new ES 350 was seamless and Greg Ashkenazy not only addressed every question I had but also setup a test drive of other vehicles I was considering. When the decision was made Sandra did a thorough job of walking me through the extra options that were available and was prepared with what would be best based on my history. Very efficient! I was pleased with how smoothly the whole transaction went, from beginning to end, especially with all the guidelines in place for COVID.
