Was looking for a car from auto trader at this dea...

Was looking for a car from auto trader at this dealer, my wife and I walked in, weren't acknowledged because I'm assuming how we were dressed (shorts and tshirt) a nice woman greeted us and had to get someone to help us, he brought us over to his desk to look up the vehicle we inquired about and told us it was sold, at that point he made absolutely no effort to try to work with us to find anything else at all, he just showed us a screen and went quiet, I then asked how much my bmw as a trade in would cost, he said he would need to ask his manager. We left and will never come back, this was very disappointing to say the least...
