Thanks Imtiaz Cheval for helping me and my wife to get a vehicle from Lexus Richmond Hill. He wasn't pushy at all. Even though we started with just wanting a base model. He would simply show us what is available and never push us to get extra that we didn't ask for. He is knowledgeable about the vehicle he is selling - I have met 'product advisor' from other dealership who actually don't know about the feature in their hot selling vehicle.
