I'm not one to write reviews, or for that matter give 5 stars for service that I've received, as I believe there is always room for improvement. My experience at Lexus of Richmond Hill by far exceeded my expectations. Michael Maglayo whom I credit for putting me into my 3rd Lexus and turned me into a Lexus owner for life introduced me to Gregory Ashkenazy to assist with my most recent purchase. Greg made my experience one I will never forget, a seasoned professional with personality and commitment that you can only hope for when making a large purchase ensured all my needs were met.
