Imtiaz was our sales representative. He was patient, accommodating and worked very hard to win my business. Although he was a little lacking when it came to technical information, he made sure we got the answers to our questions. The used cars in stock were clean and well kept.

After picking a car we negotiated hard for a good price. From this experience I noted that they focused on not just closing the sale but making sure both parties were happy with the result. They don't seem to take Customer Service lightly although the hard selling can impact the Lexus "experience" a bit.
