Excellent service - kept the appointment time, expected service time and pleasant customer friendly service. The lounge was full of customers but was serviced well overall.
I suggest that when you call for book your appointment, just ask Laila Rad for your Lexus service advisor. She is the best . I know her from Mercedes Benz at Thornhill. I m really happy to find her again.
