Earlier today, We arrived for our scheduled appointment and took two vehicles for a test drive and decided to make an offer on one of them. We were served by Mary, who didn t give in AT ALL and kept on convincing us that they don t give discount on used cars; she went as far as showing us other purchase agreements trying to prove her point. After rejecting our far more than reasonable offer (where we offered $500 less than the asking price and have the wheels replaced as they were 50% used as we re approaching winter), we gave our second offer of paying for their full listed price, but requested firmly that they replace the tires with new tires to which they rejected as well. Her manager (wasn t convinced that he was given how young he was and how he handled it), came out and introduced himself and then firmly said I m not going to change the tires. We were perplexed and decided to leave. We thought that he could ve handled it better, but our business wasn t appreciated as he wasn t open to negotiating with us at all. We will go to a different reputable establishment where our business are appreciated.
