1 star is really a bonus. I won't mention any names. But all three levels, sales, financing and management deserve no stars.
I was told that I will be treated like a family probably 10 times just before I paid $5,000 down. . After I paid the down-payment, I became nobody. Sales rep was trying to sell me 2018 instead of 2019 with no discount.
Financing told me that it's no refund. And management never get back to me. Was promised my new car by end of November beginning of December. By January 9th 2019 no one had a clue what's going on with my car. And the manager did a favor talking to me on the phone.

I had no choice and I called Lexus Canada. Less than 24 hours everything was fixed--
Excellent and professional customer service. I'm got my LX in 3 days.
