Went for a maintenance service today, which include tire rotation, spend close to 2 hours to wait (dealership was not busy at all only a few customers) and tire rotation was not done.
Visually the front tires have outside edges wear more compare to back tires (that is what I came for to do the service that Lexus dealership recommended). Dealership come up with some bogus and ridiculous story, why they didn't do it ( based on kilometers that car has). Why do you charge for service that wasn't done (tire rotation was par of the service)?
The complimentary car was was horrible. The back seat floor mat has cloth hanger under and it was sticking out (they don't bother to remove it, they just drop the floor mat on top of it). The front passenger floor mat was not secured with floor clips, again they just drop it in and don't bother to clip it to the floor, how it was before I came to the dealership.
If you I new it will be that bad, I would not even need a complimentary car wash.
What bothers the most that you have to check if they do the job or not, but charge you for it.

Changing review from 1 star to 3 stars, based on quick communication from customer satisfaction manager.
