Worst experience i've ever had a luxury dealership.Kasra Mousavi, Daniel Park and MIKE MAGLIO ripped us of with a safety hazard IS 250 (given to us with cracked glass and mech problems). They sucked up as fake ppl do until the cheque cleared. Then it was repeated repairs and bumbling-attitudinally charged service. GO TO ANOTHER LEXUS WHERE HONEST SERVICE IS PRACTICED. If only i could detail how bad the mechanical-and customer service in the pre-owned dept was over the 6 times that the car got repaired in the first month.
