Trevor is the BEST service manger with excellent customer service. My car is at the body shop for already six weeks and my insurance for my rental only covered up until that week, which was really last minute when I found out. I called into Lexus of Richmond hill to speak to the service manger in regards to my situation and he went out of his way to get me a rental at their cost. Before calling the dealer I did call their customer service department with no help. That s when I called the dealer, I am so happy he was able to provide me with a car. This is what GREAT customer service is. My car is still at the body shop waiting on parts, it s now been three months. Hopefully my parts get there soon. There should never be a problem, only a solution! That s all!
