I have been fortunate to work in the automotive industry and have experienced purchasing/leasing vehicles from many mid/high end brands. My experience at Richmondhill Lexus however truly caught me off guard. They are very unprofessional and very unclear on the numbers. Basically trying to generate an offer without disclosing all details. No honest/professional dealer does business in this manner.
We had received a letter stating they will cover over mileage and damages if we trade in our lease and take a new one. The sales rep tried to help with very limited info, then the sales manager came to talk to us and completely denied the letter stating that he is the one that wrote it and there s nothing about covering damages, we of course have the letter and only went in because of it. Very shady business tactic, we really didn t expect this from anyone, in particular a high end dealer. Buyer beware!
