Ordered a Samsung SSD, was told a few days later they were all out of stock and to contact buyer to arrange a swap.

Contacted customer services and pointed out there was the same model in stock in a different colour and could I swap, was told no, and that I d have to cancel my order and pay extra for the colour was in stock.

Avoid, these cowboys sell out of stock items, customer services are not helpful and seemingly only there to process refunds when they ve over sold stock.
