Ordered a monitor. Sent it back for a refund. No further email or phone conversation to update me on the progress. Been a week now, WILL I get a refund? I really don't know....

The company finally responded with an update on my refund after my Google Maps post!

They said they received the RMA today!! (6th October)

Wait a minute, my parcel was successfully delivered on 07:27 - Tue 29 Sep......

They're worse than I thought.
