Good luck if you have to go through customer services. Took me 45 minutes to get through and a further 10 minutes just to cancel an order. Cant do it without ringing them up.

Ordered one week earlier on another order and paid extra for next day delivery. They delayed the order and never offered a refund. Its not worth waiting 45 minutes on hold to ask to refund the postage. But its also not worth a multi million pound company trying to sneak extra pennies here and there.

The customer service will be the downfall of this company. There are so much better companies worth supporting in the UK rather than these. I wont be using again.
