A totally disgraceful company. Take money off you for an order and then suddenly cant deliver - have to jump through hundreds of hoops to get your money back. even the online update says call wait time yesterday was 4 mins 48 seconds ????? same every day, even when thay are closed, yet it takes about 40 minutes on the phone to get through.
Cant even issue a VAT recipt.... if you want one then you are classed as a business customer and cant get same deals as a consumer apparently. I thought if you charged VAT to had to issue a VAT recipt regardless.
