I did not cheque the review before i bough an item from here, the worst company in uk to buy anything. Stay as far as away from this company. Worst customer service ever. I dun know how they can get away with this bad service. I bough a ps4 for my cristmas present which was paid by my brother. After 3 weeks and 42 email and countless phone call i got fed up and asked for refund which took another week to get return. No one seems to know what to do in the company, customer service agent were always asking their seniors what to do and seniors are so busy it takes 5-7 days for a small decision to be made. As i was send wrong item which was more expensive than what i actually bought, being honest i called them and asked them to send me the right item. But i ended up asking for return and as it was a gift from my brother i had to explain him what actually happened and why i had to get refund. I had the worst experience in my life. Never even in my life even in my nightmares i wont go anywhere near the company. Everyone should be very careful with this company.
