Shockingly bad.
Happy to take my money. Then the email "sorry we no longer have stock would you like an alternative?" me "ok thanks but I'll need a refund" them "..............."
Messaged, and emailed them for days now, no refund..... Don't even try to call you'll be on hold for 30 to 45 min... before you ask, why would a sane person hold for so long? well they took a LOT of my money........
Do yourself a favour, and take heed of the years of bad reviews for this company (I wish I'd taken this advise)
If you have any sort of customer issue Ebuyer is a nightmare, Avoid.
