Excellent group to work with. Couldn't ask for a better team of good quality people. We asked questions at all hours of the day and all 7 days of the week and got answers quickly no matter the time or day. The pictures to market our unit were fantastic and really captured how great a unit we were selling. While looking for a new place, they gave us honest feedback on units that we visited which was greatly appreciated.

Matt sold my condo in Chicago recently after some fantastic negotiating. I had a deal fall through due to financing, and Matt actually had a back up offer that he talked up to my price range the very same day the other deal fell through. Amazing! My condo had the benefit of good location, but it also had a lot of difficulties that Matt and his team had to compensate for - a wall outside the main window, dated appliances, carpet in bedrooms, etc. Matt consistently turned out prospectives throughout the listing - we averaged several per week even in the dead of winter. I give Matt my highest recommendation - he's far and away the best realtor I've ever dealt with, in Chicago and elsewhere.

The best thing you could ever do when buying or selling a home is to hire Matt and his team. They literally made everything so easy and took all the stress of selling away. I contacted a few realtors in the Chicago area for the purchase of an investment property. Matt responded quickly and immediately helped educate me about the Chicago real estate investment market. After a handful of trips to Chicago from the Washington DC area, I found and placed an offer on a one bedroom condominium that met our investment criteria. Having no knowledge about the housing market it was extremely important for us to find a realtor who was both a guide and an advisor to us besides being good at his/her job!
Matt has proved to be all three and then some. Matt helped us navigate through the process(of home buying) keeping a tight reign on our short term and long term goals. With his keen eye and attention to details Matt would always help us, not only, look at even the smallest of things, but also explained why we should pay attention to those things. This helped us make more informed and intelligent decisions.
He had some great insights about buildings and neighborhoods we were looking at. These insights when coupled with our needs and desires helped us focus more on what would/ would not work for us.
