Matt was absolutely wonderful! I moved from out of state and found Matt based on his online reviews. Being from out of state, I didn't know too much about Chicago real estate. Matt was extremely knowledgable and helpful throughout the whole process. He really knows the city and all the different buildings like the back of his hand. With the Chicago market being so hot, Matt was extremely knowledgeable in the best ways to win a multiple bid. I strongly believe that if I had a different realtor, I would not have gotten the condo that I fell in love with. Matt is an extremely honest and helpful realtor with a great team. I would highly recommend Matt!
