Matt Laricy knows his stuff! He has a fantastic team working with him, and they made every step of the home buying process a breeze. Everyone on Matt's team is excellent at communication, especially his wonderful assistant Jamie, and they utilize technology tools to be as efficient as possible. As a first time home buyer, I appreciated Matt's patience, responsiveness, and honest opinions.
