Matt was my broker for a recent condo sale and I couldn't have been happier. The Matterport virtual tour he uses is amazing and he kept me up to date on the online marketing he was doing for my property. I have dealt with some of the other well-known Chicago brokers for higher end properties in the past, but I was surprised at their lack of personal involvement in the process as well as their out of date approach to online marketing. What sets Matt apart is the obvious personal effort he puts into growing and improving his business. He's still hungry and not just on cruise control. That's the kind of broker I want.
From start to finish, I felt that Matt was always honest and genuine with me. That is rare enough. He also clearly cared about getting my condo sold and making the entire process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend him.
