Matt and his team were nothing but extraordinary. The level of professionalism far exceeds the competition. They were available to our needs at all hours and were able to accommodate us at every turn. When Matt was not available (which was rare, as he does not stop working for his clients), another member of his team stepped in, all of which were of the highest quality. Start to finish we could not be happier with the outcome we will certainly be reusing their services when we re-enter the market.

We are so happy that we ran into Matt. Other pros: Matt and his team are always in suits or business professional attire, further setting a high-class and professional tone for the property and transaction; a team member is always present for showings, inspections, etc., so a lockbox isn't needed this was very important to us because we feel that having an agent represent the seller at showings is an important part of the sales process, as well as the lockbox being a security issue.

Both Matt and his team were always quick to respond and Matt provided thoughtful advice when we needed it. He helped us get an offer less than four days after going on the market and ensured the offer came through and stuck. We would absolutely recommend and use Matt and his team again for another sale.

I just want to say that Tyler was very instrumental in helping me buying my first condo in the city - the whole process was a very smooth, no-stress transition. He was also very helpful in providing all the addition requirements/ restrictions of the buying process due to the on-going pandemic.
