Matt and his team are seriously awesome. This was my sixth property purchase (so I have experienced a LOT of realtors) but my very first one in Chicago, so I wanted somebody exceptional. It didn't take much research to find Matt and the glowing reviews proved completely true. Matt is super-responsive, and is always there to join you at showings and give you good honest opinions on the properties and areas you're considering - he wants you to find the best place for you to call home, not the best place for him to sell. Once you've got an accepted offer, the rest of the team springs into action and you honestly don't have to think about a thing - they make the process so easy and so seamless. Jamie is a superstar - she kept us organized and on-track, even with the pandemic throwing some curveballs. So happy to have found an awesome Chicago realtor, and I will definitely be using Matt and his team for all my future transactions.
