I found Matt via his impeccable realtor reviews when we decided to make a huge life change from our single family home in NY to a condo in Chicago. Let me just say I couldn't have asked for a better or more knowledgeable realtor! This was a long term process for us, and Matt always responded to our questions and concerns with speed and thoughtfulness. He did his best to minimize our stress, and made himself available whenever we came into town to view properties. He was highly communicative throughout the negotiation process (which he handled masterfully), and stayed in close contact as he guided us through closing and beyond! His staff is highly organized and made it easy for transactions and signings to take place electronically (a necessity when you're out of state).

Needless to say, I most definitely recommend Matt if you're looking for a realtor in Chicago :-)
