Horrible experience with them we had a great nurse that was keeping my child from hospital stays the nurse was up on his care very caring to the child that I was able to get my other children where I needed and they took her from me with out a reason and left me with no nurse I would chose a different company this company doesn't have the needs of the child first. This is correct info thank you I am a parent to a child that was with your company that could not do it's job there was so many times my child was with out its one nurse because of your staff not doing its job

Ohana Pediatric Is a Wonderful Company .My daughter and I have been truly blessed to have found them .They have definitely have become a part of my family .They are there for us at any time day or night . Very Dependable and Reliable staff with hearts of Gold ..Thank You so much Ohana

Ohana Pediatric Home health has been a God send. My son is 3 years old, with a possible autism spectrum diagnosis. While this news can be disheartening for any parent; agencies like Ohana make the journey a little smoother. Shalay and Tina have been excellent bringing patience and knowledge together in the families they deal with. Though my time with them has been short, the impact is long lasting. Carlos has also been very eager to jump aboard and help with all the needs for my son. Thank you again to the WHOLE OHANA staff.

This home health agency is awesome :) I had my child with ohana and I can tell you they have the nurses do there job !! When they tell you the owner and family members are rude it's NOT TRUE they are very professionals and help anyone that needs it so I can tell you this is a company you can trust and have your loved one here !!

By far, this has been the BEST home health agency, that I ve worked with, in my 10 years of nursing! The benefits are awesome, they re very flexible and accommodating, with the scheduling. They don t treat you like just another employee they re very family oriented! They will bend over backwards for you, with anything, that they can help you with. I have to say, all of the office staff, are amazing and super friendly! They also have a great nursing staff, as well! I would highly recommend Ohana to any nurse, who s looking for a great team, pay, benefits and growth, within an agency!

This company understands the importance of caring for children and family who are unable to care for themselves. Their compassion is unmatched. Being a medical professional myself, I understand that you re not going to be able to help all families for one reason or another. It just hurts me to read some of these erroneous reviews. Reviews are to help a company become aware of things the maintain and things that need improvement. The tone of some of these reviews appear to come from disgruntled past employees. Nonetheless, despite what the negativity is attempting to accomplish, this company continues to provide exceptional care and compassion to its patients. Try them out for yourselves and do your diligent research on those making false reviews. People hiding behind fake profiles should not be trusted. Red flag!

This company is ridiculous they lied to us saying they could staff a 24/7 case and failed..they said they had 14 new nurses hired but yet 2months passed and still not staffed.....no communication and when i reach out to ceo same ceo that said i could call him when needed...well he was no where to be found...they shorted my nurses pay and when i comfronted "DON" if thats even her title ...about a nurse that was handling my son inappropriately...she totally dismissed it because i told her we were switching companies....i guess they dont care about a nurse hurting a child cause they not getting money for the case anymore....please dont trust them with ur case.

I love this place!!!! Hands down the best pediatricians staffed!! Everyone is caring and supportive...everyone makes you feel at home and know your child is being taking care of ..I definitely recommend this place if looking to get a great support team for your children. My daughter is mildly autistic and shalay and her team have welcomed us with open arms since day one!!. I truley will always love Ohana!

Professional business with the thought of putting your family and child first. Super attentive.

Only got 1 star because I had to select it to leave a review. This company is terrible. The owners are completely unprofessional and rude. They bill insurance for more hours than the nurse works & don't pay the nurse. Ian is unprofessional and have no knowledge of how to run a buisness. If ghetto is your style then this is a great company for you. The only people leaving positive reviews are people that Are friends of owners. Update!: they sent a fake W-2 with no with holdings! But wrote me personal checks and took taxes out. I can NOT BELIEVE they have not been shut down yet.

A wonderful agency , that follows up and has given me resources that my whole family can use . I personally have the owners number and she listens to any and all concerns and they are handled quickly . I don t know any other agency that I know everyone on a first name basis. This company remembers the details about my child and family and every nurse and therapist that has come is prepared accordingly to care for my child s needs.

As a single father ,whose getting nursing care for the first time ,I was advised to go to Ohana if I needed help navigating this new normal in my life. I wanted to wait a few months before posting a review ,especially since I did not know what to expect , and I have to say this has been the easiest transition for my child and I. He absolutely loves his nurses and therapists, my child has made great strides and increased his confidence . The Owner (the actual Owner)of the agency Shalay is available to answer all my questions . This agency gives me security that there is someone in my corner all the time with great communication and dependability . If you need a home health agency that treats you as family and not just a number come to Ohana.

Ohana Owners/Staff are amazing. Every staff member is very nice, and it is nice to be treated well since you are the Parent of a patient in need of help. Caring, smiling and laughing is good atmosphere for sick children. I will continue to use Ohana as I know my angel is very well taken care of.
