Matt and his team are great. From our first meeting with Matt, we benefited from his expansive knowledge, insight, experience, and willingness to be frank. He told us what we needed to hear, even if it wasn't what we wanted to hear, and that was so valuable to us during the home-buying process.

As with any complex process involving multiple parties, there were the usual delays, but none of them were occasioned by Matt and his team. In fact they helped to speed the process along. They were always on top of any bumps and kept us constantly updated on progress and deadlines with lightning-fast replies. It's obvious the team is willing to help each other out beyond their specific work, and you get the sense they all love what they do. Beyond that, they're so organized it's almost hard to believe they have other clients.

In short: we had a fantastic experience with Matt and his team, and will be using them to sell our place. Highly recommended!
