There was a great selection of plants to choose from and the staff was very friendly. Ruben helped me with my selection of fruit trees and was very knowledgeable and extremely nice

They have so many plant muscadine and grape and fruit trees all kinds of moms

Showed there was looking hard find where to start we walked the whole plants ,trees ,flower seem to be in good condition
We was asked if we needed anything by some guy yelling at about 6 of costumers we all said no
Little bit later came and asked again this time I asked a question he just looked at me with no answer my wife went on about looking for flower plant that comes back every year __his answer was to go up front and pick out tropicals plant ..
So we did hours after getting home we look up tropical plant and is said they die off when winter hits below fifty degrees.
Soo that is not what we asked ..
Why go there if they can't give a basic answer .I will never ask for help there again if I ever come back because I'm not done !
When we went up front there was some employee yelling at the top of his voice for no reason. Other then to disturb the costumers because all the people he yelled at just walk away from him ....
The prices for containers for plants garden pots are way over priced ..

My husband and I bought a tree at Sharum's on June 5th to replace a tree that blew down in a storm. We were told the new tree would be brought and planted, as well as the old stump cut down, sometime in the next two weeks. I waited. No tree. By 5 PM on Friday, June 17, I still had no tree. Their two weeks were up. I called and was told they were running behind, but the tree would be delivered the next Tuesday or Wednesday. Tuesday and Wednesday came and went, and I still had no tree. So I called again on Thursday, June 23 and once again asked about my tree. The man I spoke to was rude. He told me it was not unreasonable for the delivery to take this long. Apparently he didn't believe that it was "unreasonable" to not show up when you say you're going to on three different occasions. Not only was I treated rudely, it took over three weeks to get my tree, and I fully believe it would have taken longer if I hadn't started calling every day. Apparently at Sharum's, once they have your money they don't care too much about giving you the product and service you paid for. To be fair I did (finally) get my tree. But I will never use this nursery again. It was not worth the hassle.

They might have a decent selection, but the lack of good customer service wasn t enough for me to purchase anything there. Asked for help and the order gentleman in the greenhouse was very rude. I d rather go to the other place in FS.

I have been patronizing Sharum's Garden Center for decades, for both my own home landscaping and for civic projects for the City of Ozark. Sharum's plants are first class, the staff has always been helpful, and the sales are fabulous. Sharum's is my favorite "go to" nursery. I highly recommend them!

I stopped Earlier this week, So I knew Where to go for What I wanted. Associates are Always Very Helpful.

Bought a Japanese Maple last July and it died at some point late fall or early winter. I assumed I had a 1 year replacement on the tree so I waited until recently to replace the tree. I was just told there is only a 6 month warranty if you plant the tree yourself . I was extremely disappointed as most nurseries have a 1 year policy. Just be aware if you purchase a tree there.

This business has a huge multibay greenhouse full of bedding plants. Shrubs and trees are to the right side of the main structure. Huge selection and great prices. This is a must stop when headed through Fort Smith!

It wasn't the flowers; they're fine. It was the fact that: 1. I heard the owner/manager griping and yelling at some boys that worked for him that he wasn't happy with (in front of all of his customers), and 2. that I shopped there April 18th, 2015, and they didn't run my debit card for 3 months until July 21, 2015, and then tried to charge me again for a different amount 4 days later on my card. NOT happy.

Terrible, 3 trenches 2 busted pipes. One still leaking...the worker's acted like no big deal.
I asked them how to fix ... They shrugged shoulders and said "no comprende" hire competent people instead of some people that are obvious lligeal immigrants whith no skill or training.

Great products, people and customer service. Plants from there always good great all season.

They always have healthy looking plants and flowers every time I go. My favorite place to shop for my landscaping needs.

Horrible service, we went in asking questions and the lady couldn't bother to take us out and show us what we were asking for. She told us to go out and look and we had no idea where that specific tree was at. We will not be back ever.

Excellent variety of most anything for your yard or landscaping. Roses aren't plentiful yet,but I'm sure they will be soon

I showed up today to check out what they had and the manager was bad mouthing about how if he had a nickel for every stupid customer who called he could retire. Then when he got done he was very rude to me when I said I was just looking around to see what they had. I am a younger 17 almost 18 but I have money and was hoping to see and get a plant I liked, but I won t be getting anything from here ever again.

We purchased a large tree from Sharum's we were told it would be 6 weeks before the tree could be planted. For what ever reason the tree was moved around at the garden center several times. It was over 2 months before the tree was planted. The tree started dying the day it went in the ground. We have called and The Garden Center numerous times and they sent a representative out to look at the tree He asked if we watered it? We had the a lot rain this spring and it had water. I would like to have satisfaction not excuses best of all the rep said Quote! " Ya it's dead" no kidding it is 18 feet tall and an eye sore. We want the tree removed and new tree replaced. Not satisfied would like to be

My unplanted tree problem with Sharum's has been rectified. They not only planted my tree, they planted geraniums around it and it looks so pretty. Thank you Sharums for doing this. I loved the extra gift. The tree looks healthy and the flowers are beautiful

update:
told them to remove everything from back yard and put it back the way it was before. took them over 2 weeks to show up, did not remove the "weed fabric", just put sod on top of it even after i clearly asked julio to remove it & he said he would. the area is now filled with water sprinklers because the fabric would not let the water get to the french drain underneeth. spoke with marla who sent jeff over to look at it and told me fabric was already there before they started and that they feel they left my yard in a better shape than it was before they started THREE MONTHS AGO ON A ONE WEEK LONG PROJECT.

what was supposed to be a ONE WEEK long project as a birthday gift to my wife became over TWO MONTH long project because they sent unqualified people to put in a simple pond.
workers showed up when they pleased without notice & would not show up without letting us know in advance, leaving a mess in my back yard with job still not complete. Later came to find out they left my work incomplete to work on another job.

2 months into it, Frank himself comes over & tells me he will make it right, told me what he is imagining and what not and how great it will look & to give him just ONE MORE WEEK. i agreed but now it has been TWO weeks & my job is still not complete because their guys are working on another job. No one even showed up to work this entire week. They did send a guy who has never been to the house before to tell me more of what they "plan" to do, Only came in to stall like i do not know what they are trying to do.

Wasted my entire summer for a job that was supposed to be only ONE week long. They have absolutly no regard for anyones time.

i guess everyone in ft smith runs business like this and we just have to put up with it since there aren't many options in this town.

i will have them remove all the rock from back yard, i cannot trust them to do anything when they say that they will do it. I should have gone with the other bidder but i chose to go with sharum "brand"

i guess "Brand Name" is not always what you expext it to be.

Large assortment beautiful Arrangements very reasonable prices and this place has flowers from the beginning of Spring to late fall and trees as well

We had a pool put in and this company was suggested by our salesman for landscaping. I m not sure how it takes longer to landscape a back yard than it does to put in a pool but they managed to pull it off. We literally called them over 70 times to get them to come out and finish the job. It was like pulling teeth. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.
