Matt sold my condo in Chicago recently after some fantastic negotiating. I had a deal fall through due to financing, and Matt actually had a back up offer that he talked up to my price range the very same day the other deal fell through. Amazing! My condo had the benefit of good location, but it also had a lot of difficulties that Matt and his team had to compensate for - a wall outside the main window, dated appliances, carpet in bedrooms, etc. Matt consistently turned out prospectives throughout the listing - we averaged several per week even in the dead of winter. I give Matt my highest recommendation - he's far and away the best realtor I've ever dealt with, in Chicago and elsewhere.
