- I had a great experience with Matt Laricy during my first time in buying a home. Since the first day him and their team introduced themselves, I noticed that they knew what they were doing, and they do it great. The process of walking properties goes smoothly, they answer all the questions that you have and provide great feedback on each of the properties that you walk as if they were theirs. They know all about the properties you walk and this is very helpful. During closing, the process went very smooth as well, they were always there when needed and whenever you have questions, they answer right away, even outside of business hours. They are awesome. They actually also improved the closing date substantially per my request, and everything was done on a timely basis. I would definitely recommend The Matt Laricy Group.
