I contacted a few realtors in the Chicago area for the purchase of an investment property. Matt responded quickly and immediately helped educate me about the Chicago real estate investment market. After a handful of trips to Chicago from the Washington DC area, I found and placed an offer on a one bedroom condominium that met our investment criteria. Matt and his team walked us through the deal, suggested a local attorney, which is apparently needed in the City of Chicago real property transactions, and suggested a mortgage company. I made a small, but annoying, mistake working with a national mortgage broker, which cost me some frustration. I wished I followed Matt's initial suggestion.

I am using Matt's team to rent this property and I will absolutely use Matt and his team again for future Chicago real estate transactions.
