Matt is wonderful. We came from out of state and he helped us find a condo in River North. We moved in 2 weeks ago and are loving it so far. The whole process took about 3 months. What I particularly liked about Matt is that he had good connections with other realtors and he is dynamic in terms of getting us appointments on short notice (although it's better to plan ahead!). We saw about 30-40 different condos. He is also very knowledgeable and honest about which buildings/areas are better than others. He's not pushy and is very responsive. Genuine good guy.
