Impressive service, excellent knowledge, and a fun experience. Matt was outstanding. He quickly learned (and kept learning) about us and used his incredible local insight to help us find an ideal home in Chicago. In our case, we ultimately needed to purchase and negotiate from a family trust. This added time and complication, but Matt (and his terrific team) stayed right on it and made a big difference for us.
