Matt and his team made buying a home like buying groceries. The only stress we went through was choosing which condo to buy. Matt took time to understand exactly what we wanted and immediately set out to work. After the first couple of viewings, we realized Matt was as choosy as us if not more. This gave us the confidence that he will find us the perfect home.
Also, he uses technology like it should be. He uses GoogleDocs to organize listings in the order you will view them and DocuSign to take care of any paper work. This greatly reduces time and confusion.

My girlfriend and I initially had 7 different areas to search in. He initially showed us condos is all these areas always warning that we should focus on just a couple. But after losing the opportunity on a couple of properties we liked, we realized he was right and narrowed down our search.

His knowledge of the different buildings in the city is stunning and helped us eliminate a lot of them without having to look and waste time. He definitely made sure we were making the right decision. He had our back when we had to walk away from a condo due to certain issues I was not willing to deal with as a first time home buyer.

While vacationing in France, he found time to call me a few times and discuss a couple of properties and coordinated with his team (Joe and Catherine) to help us win the bid on the condo we ultimately bought.

Commitment, honesty, single-mindedness hard work are all his qualities and there is lots to learn from him. I would absolutely work with Matt and his team again.
