We've worked with Matt Laricy and his team as Buyers, Landlords, and Sellers, and in every way they've been world class. Matt, Mickey, and Jamie have always been professional and responsive in every communication. Most recently they helped us sell our condo quickly and efficiently at asking price, much faster than several comps sittin on the market, and did so despite COVID.
