Matt is the consummate real estate professional. His knowledge and honest input of the neighborhoods and buildings was invaluable to us - first time condo buyers. Matt understood that we were trying to find our way regarding what we wanted and he was patient with us to develop what was important to us. One of the invaluable things was that he figured out what we wanted and where it was best to find it very quickly.
