Matt and his team are truly all 5 star agents!! I first used Matt while buying my condo about 3 years ago and most recently Matt helped us sell the condo. We couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience. His professionalism, promptness, market instinct, and work ethic are unparalleled. He helped us price our condo perfectly which led to multiple bids and a higher overall final price. His investment in Matterport also paid dividends in the end. Matt and his team have perfected the buy / sell process and got all of the relevant information up front so that in the end the listing and closing process was very smooth. The highlight of working with Matt is the fantastic communication. I don't know if Matt ever sleeps because I always received text or email replies to my questions within minutes no matter the time of day!! To be honest, Matt and his team really spoiled us with their experience because it was a night and day difference when we worked with other agents while looking for a house in the suburbs. If Matt did suburban real estate, I would have used him without a doubt!! Can't really say much more than you won't regret going with him.
