I used one of their bikes and decided to take the seat of to make me stand up, improving my strength. I accidentally sat down and the pole went really deep up my bum-hole, it became as red as cavan lewis when he is embarrassed. other than that little incident the bike was FABTASTIC! I had surgery on my bum unfortunately x

This is a reply to Dragon Arnold, i feel as if the review he left was rather disrespectful. Personally my experience with Silverfish was top top quality. i personally think this review should be taken down immediately. The Mabbott family are a great bunch apart from their son woody who gave me a nipple twist.

Terrible service. Forks and shock sent to be serviced. Forks returned with TALAS not working and shock returned improperly serviced. Had to return for a second time to be actually serviced. Forks then held hostage over an unpaid invoice which silverfish hadn't actually sent to the cycle shop that sent the forks in.

After a rather (ongoing) unhelpful experience at my local bike shop, I came to Silverfish to see if they could help me out with a replacement Michelin Wild Enduro tyre for my Stumpy. My previous one had suffered a blowout on the trail; and when I went back to said local bike shop they basically tried to turn the blame around onto me (the customer...!), by suggesting that I'd been running a too high PSi and / or my rim had 'sharpened' and worn out the beading. Seeing as it was the local that fitted the tubeless tyre in the first place, I'd have assumed they'd maybe noticed this at the time. Aaaanyway... fast forward a month (still no word of a replacement from the local), I decided to contact Silverfish as they are Michelin's official dealer for MTB and Road tyres in the UK.
I was quickly advised to contact their warranty department after explaining the whole situation, and within 3 hours (!) after filling in the claim form I received a email confirmation detailing shipping of the replacement tyre the very next day. I can only feel embarrassed for the local shop whom have clearly done nothing to rectify the situation, and have now lost a customer for life. Cheers Silverfish - outstanding customer service and so pleased I came to you. These guys will be my one stop shop for components going forward. 5 stars
