I only have good things to say about my experience with Matt and his team. They re a small, scrappy group in a crowded space up against massive corporations, and yet seem to be successful against the odds. I don t win against corporations unless you have some sort of a competitive advantage, and Matt Laricy group s competitive advantage is plain and simple - they put relationships above paychecks.

I worked with Matt, and as a first time homebuyer, I felt Matt was a great teacher. Matt is a straight shooter; he s always going to give you his honest opinion. You might not always like it, but his opinion is probably one of the most valuable in the industry. Throughout the process, I felt Matt always had my best interest in mind. In a field where every dollar you don t save goes directly into the pocket of those on the other side of the table, you want someone who you feel will put your best interest first and advocate an your behalf.
