Matt Laricy was great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about not only the geographic areas we were interested in, but also with details regarding specific buildings and even builders/developers. If we were interested in a home, he was honest about his opinion of the place, and a few times prevented us from considering homes that would have been a bad investment.

When we had questions, we would email him and he would respond very quickly, even if it was early in the morning or late in the evening.

The buyers of the home were a little difficult to work with, but Matt helped us out and led the way as we negotiated the purchase price and after the inspection.

Once the purchase was agreed to, their team was extremely efficient and knowledgeable about the closing process. They kept us updated during each step of the process and provided detailed and constant reminders when certain action items were due.
