Great experience! It started with friendly emails and a reminder call. Continued with the test drive and estimate for my trade-in. And even continued with the the (often dreaded) paperwork. I expect this level of enjoyment to continue with service - once needed.

I'm very disappointed with their Service Manager, ...

I'm very disappointed with their Service Manager, Mat Davis, as well as their Service Department, and their newest OWNER of this Toyota Dealership!!

"SERVICE AFTER THE SALE".... IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF ANY AUTO DEALERSHIP!!

Since this Dealership was bought by its latest OWNER, RML AUTOMOTIVE, I have noticed that the SERVICE DEPARTMENT has continually changed, and NOT FOR THE POSITIVE!! They have run off long term Employees. Employees that actually cared about TAKING GREAT CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS!!

As of recent, I went in to get my OIL CHANGE, as I have ever since 2009, when I purchased my Toyota 4 Runner (New at that time). At the time of Purchase, I was Sold a Value Package (OIL CHANGE FOR LIFE).
I also have had other work done at this Dealership, as I want to keep my Toyota serviced properly.

In all these years, I've never had ANY ISSUES with the Service Department honoring this Value Package sold by then OWNER, RENE ISIP. I was issued a hard Plastic Card with my Name, and Vehicle Info, and VIN #.

I told the Service Advisor that I needed an Oil Change, and presented this card, and I was informed that they are no longer accepting this card for me to get my Oil Change. I was informed that I needed to bring in a copy of my Sales Contract from 2009. I told him that I have a copy in my safe at home. I had driven from my home in Justin to Lewisville, which is quite a distance!! Now my trip into the Dealership was a wasted trip!!
I came home and got the copy of my Contract, and decided that I wanted to speak directly with the Service Manager to verify that I would not have any other issues if I came in later this week to attempt to get my Oil Change.
I spoke with Mat Davis on the phone, and he told me that I would need to present my Contract every time I came in to get an Oil Change.
I don't typically carry my Contracts around in my Glove Compartment, so I asked him if they could make verification and put it in their system, so that I would have to carry around important paperwork.
He was quite snippy, and said that I would have to present it EVERY time!!
I was CERTAINLY NOT IMPRESSED with his CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.....or lack thereof!!

Now, I feel that there may be an issue with me getting any kind of GOOD Service from this Dealership!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST WAY TO RUN OFF CUSTOMERS!!

Dear Mr. Brennan,

Dear Mr. Brennan,

Thank you to you and Mark Gonzales for, again, making my buying experience a good one.

We have been customers of Mark's for several years, beginning with the purchase of a preowned vehicle for my oldest daughter. That was a major purchase because her car had been totaled and she needed a vehicle to get to work and to school. This happened at a time in our lives when our personal business failed (2010) and we were not able to help her out financially or even use our names/ credit to help her get into a working reliable vehicle. She was a student at Texas A&M and was working her way through school without any help from us. It was a very stressful time for her and for me. Mark put us at ease and you could just feel that it was his desire to find something that was reliable and affordable for her. He accomplished that and even today, it is a great vehicle.

Last year, finally my youngest child gets his license and we needed a new vehicle for my husband so he could hand his 2003 Toyota truck down. That was hard for him because he loved that truck. Wow, he loves his new Tundra even more. Mark worked hard, knowing we were still on a budget.

About 10 days ago, it was my turn (about time!). I had been driving a 2004 Toyota Sequoia for 10 years. I loved it. It kept my family safe and was absolutely always reliable. Thanks to Mark, for his guidance. He found a Camry Hybrid that I love. Going from 14 miles to the gallon to what looks like will be mid 30's, anyway, is definitely something I can get used to. I truly believe that Mark was almost as giddy as I was. That just makes you feel good. I had been in and out of your dealership for several months and Mark always made time for me that was free. It may have cost him a buying customer. I don't know but I feel sure he knew that when we were ready we would come back.

Please give Mark a pat on the back for not making me feel "sold" but making me feel "cared for".

Your forever customer,

Mary Ashmore ;-)

Because our experience last year with Xavier was an extremely pleasant one, we just purchased another new car from Xavier in June 2019. He was able to work with us and give us another great deal on a new Sequoia. Xavier continues to be patient, respectful, and will go out of his way to make his customers feel like he genuinely cares about them. This car buying experience was as easy as last year's experience. We highly recommend Xavier to all of our friends and family.

Previous Post: We purchased a new Tundra in June 2018. We had heard from a friend that they were offering huge discounts. We thought it was too good to be true. We went in and sure enough, Xavier offered us the discount without questions. We also got more for our trade in (12 year old 4 Runner) than we had expected! The complete deal was done in less than 3 hours. This was a stress FREE experience and we will definitely be going back to Toyota of Lewisville for our future Toyotas.

Purchased a brand new Camry from this dealership on August. It s been two months and the car is having major issues, I took it back to the dealership and they claimed to fix the problems but the same issue returned weeks later. I spoke to everyone from management to associates and no one wants to take responsibility for it. All I m being told is that I can trade the vehicle in for half of what it s worth and they will apply the remaining balance to a new vehicle. As a customer I feel like I ve been ripped off and they don t want to take responsibility especially being that the vehicle is brand new off the lot. Worst experience ever , especially with the dishonesty I m getting from the dealership. All they want is your signature and then you are a nobody. Please be aware of what you buy here.

I have usually enjoyed getting my Toyota Corolla serviced here, but this time was frustrating. I made an appointment a week out for 10am on a Monday morning. I arrived at the dealership at 9:30am and there wasn't any unusually busy traffic. I'm currently still waiting here for my car to be serviced - I came in for a 5,000 mile tune up (oil & tire rotation). It has been over 2 hours of a wait...let me mention again I made an appointment. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication about wait time and prioritizing those who have made an appointment in advance. Needless to say I will second guess myself if I schedule my next tune up at this location.

BUYER BEWARE! Go to any of the other 10 Toyota dealerships in DFW!

I had an appt at 10am on a Saturday for a lease buyout. My salesman, Will, called to confirm at 9:40am. When we arrived, he had left to get food knowing we were almost there. He made us wait for 15 minutes because he went to eat. At 10:15 he finally showed up with no apology for the wait. We saw him sneaking in the back with food. When a salesman told him, he motioned to the food and said give me a minute. Aren't you there to work not eat? My pregnant wife would have loved to eat during the marathon about to occur.
The process should have taken maybe an hour. I sold cars for 4 years. I know it doesn't take the 4 and a half hours they made me and my 6 month pregnant wife wait to buy our OWN lease back. All they needed was to run credit, carry over residual value, and send us to finance. It took an hour before we saw our first pencil. And they weren't busy at all. Employees standing around everywhere.

Then they tried to charge me more than my previous agreed residual value. On top of that, they charged $1500 for a used car inspection that is "state law". They did include 4 tires in this price. My issue, they charged me $800 for 4 cheap Federal brand tires. Online, they retail for around $50 each. I was a manager at discount tire for a year. No way they needed another $150 per tire for mount and balance, tire disposal fee. That is only $20 combined....I was heading to discount tire straight from here originally until they severely oveecharged me.

When I asked for a breakdown of the $1500, it added up to $1381(took 45 minutes for them to fake a printup of charges). When I asked why they charged me more, they reduced the $1500 "state law" fee to match $1381. Odd to anyone else? I can't negotiate the price of a state inspection each year but they can change state mandated fee prices?

Jay (finance) was the "closer". He is the rudest man I've met in the business. He treated us like a waste of his time. He also had no clue about our deal. He didn't even know it was a lease buyout until I told him as he is trying to present me the 2nd pencil.

After fighting with me for 3 pencils (offers from dealer), I was willing to accept a higher payment. I get to finance office and they had an extended warranty (straight profit) built in. They tried to be slick and almost force it on me. When they removed it, we were right at the payment I originally wanted. Why not give me what I wanted after wasting 3 hours on a simple lease buyout. I wasn't being unreasonable asking for a $325-350 payment on $18k financed. Do the math. Jesse(finance) lost all personality when we removed warranty. He wasn't making money, so we don't count as real people anymore.

They told me the car couldn't leave dealer without new tires first for safety reasons. That's how shoved the tire deal down my throat. Tires were to be changed and car inspected while we signed papers. We finished paperwork, had to wait another 30 minutes looking for Will with my keys.
He tells us we have to come back on Monday because they have have the tires in stock. Interesting that the car could suddenly leave now that I signed....
Long story short, they have no respect for your time. They don't listen. They will lie to you to get you to sign (what dealer won't) but they were excessive. Nobody could explain anything. They wasted 3 extra hours than needed.
Please just visit a different Toyota dealer for your needs. We had a great experience when we leased the Rav4 the first time 3 years ago.

Customer BEWARE! The Service Department tried to charge my daughter over $970.00 for a new alternator for her Toyota Corolla. After I refused and complained, the service advisor said he could reduce it to $774.00 - which was still way too much! We were able to get it done for $275.00 at another repair shop. These people are taking advantage of unsuspecting people and price gouging!!! The Service Manager obviously doesn't have a conscience!!! I encourage everyone to check with other repair shops before using this Service Department!!! Finally, this service department does not even deserve the one star rating! Unfortunately, I could not give a review without it!!!

Just purchased a new Tundra 1794 package and the crew did a fantastic job. Jack Mitchell even delivered the truck to Fort Worth for me. I highly recommend Jack and Lone Star Toyota to anyone looking for a new ride. By the way, the 1794 Tundra is the smoothest riding truck I've ever driven. Give it a look.

Very pleased with the professionalism and honesty this dealership provided my parents during their purchase of their recent vehicle. Never overbearing or critical of any situation, concern, or question asked. If you are in the market for a new/used vehicle---this is a place worth the visit. Ask for Xavier Marmolejo...he's bilingual too!

Had a great car buying and service experience when I came here a few days ago. I got my car serviced and it was a great experience. I didn t have to spend forever waiting and I was taken care of very well. I have now decided that I want to trade my car in and took it back in to get a new vehicle. Kevin P hooked me up greatly! He got me a wonderful deal on my car and spent time with me making sure I was completely happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership from both the service and sales departments! Thank you for a great experience.

Don't go in here thinking they're going to help you get a car with bad credit. A close friend was scammed out of his deposit with a classic yo-yo financing scam. They took his money, let him leave with a car then took it back within a month, NEVER gave him his paperwork (they said they'd mail it to him... Yeah, right!) and won't return his down payment... UNLESS he comes back in with more down payment and tries to run his credit again. Shameful!!
AVOID! !

This was by far the worst customer service experie...

This was by far the worst customer service experience we have ever had and also my first negative review for a business. My wife and I have been in the market for an SUV and were excited to look and possibly test drive the new Toyota Venza. Additionally we have been a Toyota family for over 35 years driving and servicing our vehicles only at dealerships. Upon arrival, we were greeting by Allan who was nice and helpful. We let him know we wanted to take a look at the Venza which had just arrived from a test drive. He was gracious and attempted to get the keys from the other salesman, Chip, which rudely said no and walked inside as I watched from a distance. After some discussion between them, he opened the door which allowed us to view the car. Uncomfortable at this point on the way Allan had been treated, I decided to go inside and speak to a manager after we were done. I asked the receptionist to speak to a manager as Chip came up to the desk as well. He asked what he could help us with and I asked him to speak to a manager. He stated he was the manager where I responded letting him know I knew he wasn't a manager and I again wished to speak to an actual manager. During this time I expected a response from the receptionist and another salesman who stood there with a blank stare not acknowledging Chip was a Manager (I already knew he wasn't;Manager's typical do not leave the floor to show cars as Chip had done). Having been in the car business, I pointed to where I knew the managers were behind the glass office. Chip asked for my name where I stated that wasn't important and he walked away to the managers area. I was then greeted by an actual manager where I explained the disrespect and unprofessionalism we had experienced. It is one thing for someone to be rude, but to treat you as if you are stupid is something completely different. I was enraged. We were ready to buy, but one person ruined our entire first experience at the dealership and have no plans of returning. It not only leaves a bad mark on the values of the dealership but definitely someone who doesn't understand the meaning of being honest and a team player.

WARNING: This dealership is not practicing any bas...

WARNING: This dealership is not practicing any basic social distancing nor are the employees wearing masks. If you are immune compromised or elderly, I strongly recommend you do not put yourself in danger by visiting this dealership (until the pandemic is over).

My elderly father bought a new camry here, paid fully in cash a few years ago. He's gotten ALL service done here. Unfortunately, when we dropped the car off for routine service yesterday, the service salesman walked right up to my old wizard-looking dad. About 1 ft away from him. No mask. Just the beginning.

When we went to pick the car up today, I asked my father to stay outside because I was concerned for his safety. At the service desks inside, there were about 10 folks, all within a 15 foot area of the lobby. Zero masks (except for the one I was wearing). Zero gloves. Zero concern. When the service salesman came right up in my face, I backed up very conspicuously, and he kept closing the distance between us, as if he'd never heard of the pandemic.

I was so disappointed and upset that a company like Toyota wouldn't have a simple directive to their employees to be wearing masks while inside and in air conditioning, and to practice social distancing to protect customers safety, that I called the dealership when I got home to speak to the guy I mention above, and to ask about their policies regarding the pandemic.

He told me that it was a corporate decision to allow every single employee to decide individually whether they'd wear a mask or maintain social distance. Despite the fact that the benefit of wearing a mask is to reduce others' exposure to your own respiratory droplets. The CDC and governor Abbott have emphasized the importance of wearing a mask around other's to protect them, not to protect ourselves... And its efficacy has been well established by many studies across the world, by our CDC, and has been supported and emphasized by our own governor. It's not subject to partisan debate.

It's horrifying to me that Toyota would choose to allow each employee to decide whether to take an extremely basic precaution to protect its customers from a deadly virus, that's killed 100,000 Americans in 3 months...

I saw maybe 10 employees in total on both days, and not one of them were taking any of these mentioned precautions. No distance, no masks, no gloves. No concern for the safety of their vulnerable customers.

Suffice it to say, my family will no longer be giving this dealership our business.

Lastly, I want to say that while the service guy I spoke with said that this was a corporate decision to allow individual choice on whether to take this basic step to stem danger to their customers, employees, and the general public, it is entirely possible that he was just saying this to dodge accountability for this policy and to prevent me from speaking to the local management that might be more directly responsible for this decision.

All this to say folks, if you understand that Covid-19 is a real virus, if you have health that is compromised in any way, or if you're elderly, consider taking your business to a dealership that cares for and is looking out for your safety.

Professional, accommodating and helpful every time I've been in for service; would be 5 stars, but had a not so good experience waiting a rather long time to be helped by what ended up being a pushy sales supervisor...if I'm not ready to commit to spending $27k at the drop of a hat, please respect that!

I'm glad I went to Toyota of Lewisville. I had my Camry of 11 years die on me suddenly and I needed a car a quick as possible. Toyota of Lewisville was the first place I went to and Jack Mitchell was the salesperson who was selected to help me out. Jack was extremely knowledgeable about the new Toyota Corolla I was test driving. He knew all the specs and benefits of the car and was great in helping me select the right one. Even when I couldn't make up my mind about which Corolla package I wanted Jack was as helpful as ever. I'm pretty sure he walked about 10 miles in getting different keys for all the Corollas I wanted to try. Jack was also great in getting me into the Corolla I wanted for the price I could afford. I would not be driving the Corolla I have right now if he hadn't been there. Thanks Jack.

I bought a new Camry 4/27/2016. Ron Landry was my sales agent and he did a wonderful, honest job. He showed me many options to fit my budget needs, and looked into many possible ways to help me save even more money. Ron worked hard on my behalf due to my situation. Eddie then came into Ron's office and congratulated me on my new purchase. Before that, Ron showed me my pre-approval rate with my down payment. Eddie takes me to his office to go over my loan. Eddie asked me did I agree to the loan terms and I said yes. He said he didn't agree with it. I knew then I was about to be disappointed. He printed out another loan term and the payments were 20% less than initial agreement. I told Eddie stop playing with me. Eddie went out his way to save me more money. My payments, let's just say I can make 3 payments a month if I were working at McDonald's. Eddie and Ron together, great, no pressure, most of all, honest and hope to do business with them again next year when I pay off my new Camry.

Terrible. Went shopping for a 2020 Toyota Camry 4 cylinders. The window sticker listed everything with the total price of $29,382.00. Instead of deciding on the final price the sales manager, Dennis, insisted on saving that part for later and just work on getting approved for the loan and the monthly payment. I was then taken to the financial manager to tell me what my terms are. This is when they include the Lone Star package and the GPS package for nearly $7000.00 more. We agreed on the 60 months terms of payments but I still could not get a good explanation for what the two packages and what they include.
I returned the next day to get a better explanation from the sales manager, Dennis, again. He tells me the Lone Star package includes some protective for the paint and floor mats, which cost if I remember correctly, was around $4000.00. And the GPS package was for some service like an Onstar service where as if you are stranded you push the button in you car and help will come.
I was not happy with this extra cost tacked onto the price of the car so I told the sales manager, Dennis, I want to void the deal and he says the deal cannot be voided since I ve already signed it. I want to mention that I was never given a chance to bargain for the car. In other word, I paid the full sticker price plus the tacked on packaged prices.
Be very careful not to let them pull this on you if you ever shop for cars here.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car or truck to Lone Star Toyota. Everyone was very helpful and my sales person Kass had excellent customer service and had answers for all of my questions. It was a reasonably quick process as most of the transaction was conducted over telephone and emails. Kass had to bring the car from a different dealership to match my ideal color preference. The sales manager Ivan was also friendly and helpful. I felt a bit pressured at the finance office (Eddie) to buy their extended service plan. However, I end up buying it as my personal respect to him as an ex military service personnel who served our country.

Very bad Service this morning...They advertise oil change and tire rotation for $ 44.95 but when i went to do the oil change they are saying that price is just for conventional oil. They never mention this in the website.Toyota of Dallas and all other Toyota services are giving discount and whether synthetic or conventional.
Also on top of that they are not taking credit card payments and they are charging 3 percentage extra if someone use credit card.

This should be mentioned when customer calls or in their website that this offer is only for one kind of oil and they charge extra money of someone use credit card..

I had high expectations for this dealership. I had a specific car in mind as well as a specific budget. Took a test drive of the car, fell in love and became excited quickly. Nick our salesman was good and I really think he did everything he could for us to try and keep our business.

The price of the car was 13,380. I know what I want and exactly how much I could spend and tried my hardest to negotiate down to an even 13. They weren't having it. We even told them multiple times that I was outside, on the phone with other dealerships. The best counter offer they could give me was taking $80 off. It took everything in me not to laugh and walk out right then.

Their "final offer" was 13,200 which was still not do-able for us. At one point, I pulled up a car that was at the dealership RIGHT next door. Same exact car, same mileage, a year newer and it was under $13k. Showed that to Nick who told his boss and they still wouldn't budge.

I literally got up, walked about 70 yards to the guy next door and less than 2 hours later, got a better car for the price that I wanted. It doesn't seem to me they're too concerned with customer service or keeping a sale because they would not take a simple $200 off that final price of $13.2 If you want to negotiate and get the best deal for you, I would skip them all together.

"I'm sold on the service center here. Jason Fallows (the service advisor that assisted me) was extremely professional and took the time to explain how long my diagnostic and repairs would take, and why they might take a while. He set me up with a loaner car, helped with all the paperwork and kept me updated over the next few days. I didn't even have to deal with the warranty, they took care of it all.

When I first showed up I was concerned because I work an odd shift and I have a lot of Doctors appointments and physical therapy so unfortunately I don't have much time to take care of my car. Jason did more than make it all bearable he actually made it a pleasant experience. I hope the dealership manager sees this."

BEWARE !This has been the most exhausting not fun experience. I am so disappointed and hurt that i was taken advantage of again. The car i traded in to toyota, the sellers disabled the check engine light so i never knew the major issues thw vehicle had when i bought it.Dec 1. I went to toyota bc they said they help people with not ao good credit. They helped me alright. I have a 2012 toyota venza and i was so excited that they worked with me and got me a semi new vehicle. I have had so many issues with finance person not being forth coming and honest about details to them messing up my contract with the finance company and messing up my due date for my first payment. They did not tell the truth about paying my trade in off so it was late and showed on credit. They this month finally pd it off. As of last week everything is finally handled and correct. As so i thought. My check engine light came on yesterday! Now i have this to deal with. I dont have the funds for extra costly expenses. If you are a woman i would be very cautious and ask questions and get things in writing and be knowledgeable. They will take advantage. The finace person hardly ever returned my call or email. I was in there every week from dec 1 til now . They seem like they are just about the sale.

This dealership give Toyota a bad name. I have been a Toyota customer for 20 years yet the service that I received at Toyota of Lewisville is abysmal. They sold me a Certified vehicle with a bad battery Jan 30 2016. I noticed the battery was not upto par 2 months after my purchase and notified them but they insisted there's nothing they can do. Certified has to mean something or I could have just bought any used car. 1 year into my purchase they had the audacity to call and check how I like my ride. I reiterated the battery issue and a guy told me he will personally look into it and get back; it's been 6 months. Go somewhere else if you must get a vehicle; this place is run by classless thugs whose words mean absolutely nothing; very disappointed indeed.

Called about a car that was posted online and was sent more detailed photos of the car. This also helped ensure that the car was still in their inventory. I came today with the intention of just looking at the car and couldn't pass up the deal. They are willing to negotiate and are friendly when doing so. Great customer service is something I always appreciate and I am very satisfied with my recent purchase. Paco is the sales associate I worked with today, thanks again!

The dealership was not able to honor our original contract because Toyota no longer offered it, so I was pushed to sign a similar contract that was not as good of a deal. I complained and eventually got a response from the New Car Sales Manager who worked with me in drafting a new contract. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole car buying experience. There are a lot of negative reviews for this dealership, so I would be cautious. They made an honest mistake with me and worked really hard to resove the issue.

I purchased an SUV from them on 4/6/17. They made a mistake on the title and never called me to get it if corrected. I finally called them around 5/6/17. They told me of the mistake and would take care of it. Now it is 5/25/17 and I still don't have the title. I purchased another car somewhere else and received the title in 10 days. I left about 4 or 5 messages for Daniel Flores the finance manager and he never once called me back. But I guess that is the example from the top, because I left a message for Phillip Ackerman the General Manager a week ago and I still haven't gotten a call back.
I don't get a good feeling from management so I will not purchase another car here and will tell all my friends of my experience.

If you are in need of a place to conduct honorable business, go see them... Ask for Bruce Clark and tell them I sent you!

I had a wonderful experience with Tyler Gregory. He was super helpful and informative. I appreciated how upfront and honest he was. He made us feel very comfortable and that is not always easy to do when you're thinking about making such a big purchase. I normally don't post reviews but was so happy with our experience with him. Thank you again for the wonderful experience Tyler!

I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra with the help of Kass and Ivan at Lone Star Toyota. This was the 4th Toyota our family has purchased, but just the first one from Lone Star. In comparison with other local Toyota dealers, I found the selection to be outstanding, the staff was respectful of our time and the price negotiations were fair and straightforward. We traded a Ford F150 and found the trade appraisal to fair and competitive. We had a very low rate available to us through a local credit union, and the finance department was able to match the rate in order to make everything seamless on that end as well. It's not often that I leave a dealership feeling good about the process, but Lone Star Toyota did a great job from beginning to end of the sales process, and we left in a beautiful new truck.

I purchased a toyota used vehicle with this dealer and had given $500 as advance till I paid the full amount using cashiers check on the very next day. After giving them the check I took the vehicle home then noticed that there is a hard inquiry on my Credit done by Toyota Lewisville for no reason. Also till now I didn't receive my advance amount its been almost two weeks since I cleared off the amount. I SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO GO TO THIS DEALER AND FACE UNNECESSARY TROUBLE!!

Had a great experience with Toyota of Lewisville this past Saturday. My husband and I received multiple calls about trying to trade in my '14 4runner and the sales guy that originally made thr appt. With us was unable to show up, however John was the 1st guy that greeted us and took excellent care of us the entire time and also the business manager Gabriel Sanchez! They even jokingly offered breakfast tacos and I declined, but still brought them to me!

I wasn't planning on getting into anything, but they made me an offer I couldn't refuse and got me into a brand new 2019 4runner with the off road package, my dream car.

I had a wonderful experience with them!!!! And they gave me a little extra bonus with my purchase and are taking care of my oil changes and such. They really know customer service!

Thank you John and Gabriel!

Update December 8, 2016

Update December 8, 2016
Brought my Avalon back in for the 10,000 mile service, And, to try and get the Navigation system updated.
As I walked in to the service dept, I was greeted by my first name. Wow! Talk about being caught off guard. Turns out the company does read posts, but just hasn't chose to respond to mine. So I get to hear all the backlash about my comments on here, yelp and trip advisor. But found it funny that no one from the company wanted to correct or fix my issues. Well, it was a rough ten minutes, but i tried to keep my cool about the issue at hand, getting the navigation system updated. (driving all over Texas and ending up not where i wanted, or find myself driving thru forests and water, or having the system tell me either I'm on a different road or it just says "travel 6 miles on the road ahead" not even knowing the DNT or the SRT 121.
Was told they still didn't have an update, but i informed them i was told differently by two other staff, before coming out here.
I went into the waiting room to see what develops.
Well, turns out I was right and it took an extra 40 minutes to do. So, the service writer, Todd Packer is his name came out and sat with me going over what was done and about the update. It was a civil conversation and I actually felt like a customer.. And we parted on better terms. So, for now, I can say that they finally came thru. So, hopefully now, visits will be better..
Merry Christmas all!

Update September 26, 2016
Back to shop because all the tires lost air pressure. Have to bring back to "the dealership that doesn't care about it's customers". And, still no updates for the 2014 $7,000.00 Navigation system in our LEMON AVALON that we bought new in March 2016.
SERIOUSLY how can you not have updated navigation? My phone updates google maps monthly. EVERY 2016 Rental I get (3 to 5 a month) has new perfect navigation, EXCEPT TOYOTA!
A big joke. Bought a Lemon from a dealership that doesn't care one iota about their customers or in providing good customer service. Please, TOYOTA, buy this Lemon back from us!!
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Unless you are getting it serviced elsewhere!
Update Aug '16. After bringing my Lemon Avalon in for 5000 mile service (they just rotate the tires), fix a Recall (Really? 4 month old car), ask them to Update the 2 Year old navigation system ($7000) on my 5 month old car ( they CAN'T), and I ask them to check for way below recommended fuel milage ( avg 26-27 mpg travel mileage) All the full size rentals I drive weekly all get 34-37 mpg on the same trips. What the hell gives?
Only 330 miles per 18 gallon tank, if I'm lucky. LEMON! LEMON!
Again, as a Cash customer, No Service, No One Knows who the hell I am there, and I spend a lot of days with my LEMON in their shop. Thanks for the JerkOff, Lonestar Toyota.
#DontBuyFromlonestarToyota
----
Customer service AFTER the CASH Sale, Non-existent! Been back 3 times to update the 2 year old navigation on our 4 month new car. piece of crap.
in today for 5000 checkup, lousy mileage (16 to 19 mpg Less) than Chargers, chrysler 300 Cs and Impala LTZs, all comparable and rented monthly because ours is a gas hog Lemon. No one here gives a crap about a Cash Customer/owner. Not 1,word, not 1 call, not a thread of interest or communication after they got our cash.
Seats are soo hard, we have to stop 3 times or more on a 300 mile trip, and once to top tank as this 18 gallon tank CANT make it 330 miles to San Antonio.
LEMON LEMON LEMON AVALON!
No wonder they never show ads on tv for the avalon.
Thanks for the Lemon Sale and No service, Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville! Oh, 26 people scattered all over waiting on 3 to 5 hour service and not a Single Power source near any waiting area for charging phones and tablets.. :(

extremely pleasant experience. Thanks to Jaye Taylor - he was one thing that stood out at this Toyota Dealership. Amazing guy who went out of the way to get us the best possible deal. After talking to the first manager - we had literally walked out of the showroom. But Jaye wasn't a person to give up so soon. He worked harder to reach out to another manager who was more cooperative to hear what we wanted as a deal. It worked and we finally ended up buying a Toyota Sienna at our range. It didn't end here - Jaye went even further to get us more bang for the buck such as Leather seating option and 'Oil & Lifetime cleaning' at much better rates. Amazing guy. Ask for this dude and you won't regret - he goes out of the way to make it your day!

This is the worst Toyota dealership. I love Toyota...

This is the worst Toyota dealership. I love Toyotas cars and absolutely love my 2014 Toyota Camry. This establishment is terrible, I bought this car new with only 15 miles on it and paid $2,000 more for the spray for the seats to repel stains where they won't sink it. A gimic. Doesn't work or they didn't spray well enough. First time they sprayed it in 5 minutes and I felt like that wasn't adequate time to get everything completely sprayed so I requested they do it again. 5 minutes later it was back, not sure how they completely sprayed an interior of a car in that quick when almost everything is cloth. Then we paid extra for the dent repair and scratch repair, I believe another $1,000. I had free service through here and was going to get my tires rotated every 5,000 miles. When it came time to get new tires rather quickly I went to outside sources for tire prices since there prices are ridiculous. I had two places tell me it didn't look like I was getting my tires rotated at all, and my front thread was nonexistent at this point. So I called and complained as all my service had been happening here and it was my first new car so I was making sure I kept up with it all. They said there was no way they weren't rotating it, they had a service supervisor and yada yada. A bunch of bull. At this point I didn't want to go back but I had bought the warranty for my seats and scratches so I was going to take advantage of the extra $$ I spent.
Then I called to schedule to get my seats cleaned and a few scratches on my car, and they told me I never bought the warranty for the seat spray or scratch repair. This was absolutely not true so I told the gentleman to check again, and asked exactly where that $2,000 extra went then. He told me if I had proof they would honor it and low and behold I find the contract and it is on there that I bought it!!!! How do they not see exactly what they gave me. Sounds like another gimmick. So I call to talk to a manager and get sent to voicemail so that shows how little they care about customer service or you once you get the car off the lot. Now we couldn't find the contract for a month or two due to a house fire, so now my coverage has expired and I highly doubt they'll honor it or fix their mistake since I've had problems with them since the beginning. Don't buy your Toyota from here whatever you do. Buyer beware.

I received worst service for maintenance checkup and cannot trust the service employees that they TOOK or STOLE one of car items from car while checking the car.
When i asked them about the item, the employee told me that the employee don't look inside of the cabin inside of car. I know they stole one of the car item since I organized the car before letting the employee took the car away from me. The employee didn't bother to ask the service employee about it either. The employee was rude as well which make the situation worse...
I m disappointed with this experience with this location and wouldn t recommend this location.

My rav4 had a maint. required light for a tire rotation and coolant flush/exchange. Naturally we took it to Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville where we bought the car. A couple of days go by and the tires needed to be rotated again. Hmm. Odd. The only tire that needed to be rotated out because of wear was not moved. Will never visit this place again.

Great Experience with Toyota, very pleased with purchase

Jack Marshall was the most pleasant salesman I have ever met, and Mark Bedele made the best deal I could ever imagined with my trade-in. Edgar Rangel was very helpful in an earlier experience with my trade-in auto and referred me to Jack. When it came time for the financing, I was directed to Tom Vodicka, another pleasant meeting where financing was explained in detail and Tom helped with great financing and assistance with warranties. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

Nino listened to what we needed and went over and above to make that happen. Other dealerships made us wait for answers, but Nino knew the answers. The experience was great! He stayed in the budget we requested and got us free oil changes, a very nice bonus! He was laid back but extremely professional. I will recommend him to others! The wait was shorter then any other dealership we went to. We had been pricing other cars but with Nino the decision was simple. He got me in a car that I love! The Camry is fun to drive, has great features and I feel the quality and safety.

Called on 12/12/18 to have a part order so I could get a recall that was out on my 2016 toyota Tacoma fixed. So I called I talked with a service advisor and they told me they would have to order the part and it would be 3 days before arriving at the dealership. I gave a few days cuz I work for a dealership as well I know things happen. I just called on 12/29/18 to see If they could pencil me in to have the recall performed. But to my surprise the advisor I talked to didnt know anything about the recall let alone they never even order the part for my vehicle so to my understanding where you guys even gonna fix it or say oh this light isnt on the dash it doesnt need to be replaced when obviously the manufacturer thinks so. But hey I'm just the customer what do I know. I know i can tell you i will never come to this place or send anyone to this God for saken place
