Came to Toyota of Lewisville and met with Jaye. I typically dread setting foot onto car lots due to high pressure sales and gimmicks but Jaye changed my persepctive for this dealership in particular. Jaye was very personable and his knowledge was the most impressive part. I needed information, not to get talked into something I was unsure of. I got EXACTLY that, the information I needed. When the time comes for me to buy, I'm going straight to Jaye and I will tell all of my family and friends to do the same. Thank you Jaye!!

I am very happy to have come to this dealership to buy me my second new car ever. I bought at this dealership because my friend told me to go here. He said they will take good care of me, show me all the features on the new Rav4 I bought. He knows Sarah from another dealership and told me she will make sure I am happy. They did all that was promised and I am happy.

I was looking to trade in my 2015 RAV4 in order to save on car payments and increase fuel economy. I went to several dealerships in the DFW area and settled on Toyota of Lewisville (TOL). I was actually contacted after inquiring online about the new 2019 Corolla Hatchback XSE, and told to come in and discuss what I was looking for. I made an appointment with Aaron Wagner and met up with him later that same day. I was met with a warm welcome by Aaron and subsequently introduced to Billy Smith II (Sales). Billy was very receptive to my needs and sat with me for hours trying to get me the car I wanted for the price I needed. He was very patient and low-pressure, and displayed genuine concern for my needs as a customer vs. just wanting to get a deal done. I am extremely happy to say we ended up coming to an agreement and I am a happy-Proud owner of a fuel-efficient, reliable, and safe new vehicle that also has very pleasing asthetics. I would highly recommend this business for Toyota Sales based on a customer-first attitude and genuine concern for the customers needs and pocketbook! Thanks again Billy and TOL!

The sales process was awesome, however when I took delivery of the truck there was a major factory blemish on the interior. After months of runaround and horrible customer service from the service department, I called Toyota directly and the problem was rectified within a week. I will now use other Toyota dealerships. I love Toyota, Lone Star does not stand up to the quality associated with Toyota. They are also extremely difficult to reach on the phone and their chat service was unhelpful.

A pretty fantastic experience overall for something usually stressful and confusing. Tyler Gregory was a tremendous help in building my confidence in purchasing a new vehicle and particularly in helping me to get the best deal possible and working with the financial limitations I have. He was caring, attentive, very personable and made the whole experience worth sharing with others.

Miguel was really helpful, and he were able to walk away with a new vehicle! He went as far as to help us understand the technology associated with the vehicle and helped us set up everything! Definitely recommending friends/family here! Miguel did outstanding!!

Hands down the best Toyota dealership in the DFW, abundance of knowledge and great customer service! Between the most honest salesmen Thomas Mathews all the way up to an awesome manager named Ivan I believe was his name these guys made buying a car more than enjoyable and easy! This dealership has no integrity.
A bought a car that had the floor mats taken out and they promised up and down to send them to me the very next day. Its been a month and I have called numerous times trying to get ahold of anyone to help. They say they will call back, but of course never do. This dealership only cares about getting your money and moving on. I would never recommend them.

If 0 stars were available that's what this dealership would receive! I used Edmunds to find the used car that I wanted, and was contacted by Eddie Vargas, who claims he is the Internet Sales Director. If that's the case he should be fired! He lured me to the dealership claiming the car that was listed was still available, 2011 Toyota Camry. I have the VIN. As of today, JAN. 11th, 2018, that car is still listed on the website, with the price of $7,995! While in their parking lot, Jan. 10th, I received a text from him that the car was still available. I walk in on and he handed me off to one of his salesman, who supposedly had trouble finding the keys. Supposedly, magically, that car just sold minutes before! I call, BS!!!! They falsely advertise a car they never intend to sale @ an unbelievable price just to lure you to their lot!!! Do Not Fall for their tactics!!! I will be filing a report with BBB as well!!!! They are crooks & liars!!!

They have had our Prius for OVER 6 months. Said they could do NOTHING for us that it was OUR fault the engine blew a piston rod THROUGH the engine causing a whole about the size of a golf ball and draining ALL the oil. Wanted to charge us OVER $5K to fix and only a 2 mth workmanship! They are NOT wanting to keep or make customers happy nor loyal!

Let me start by saying that I am a recurring customer, this is my 3rd car from Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville. As a recurren customer they have a service program that you purchase at the moment of buying the car, which includes service after the 25k, and covers tires and electronics.

Service leave a lot to desire for. After waiting for two hours on my 30K service (which is not ok) the lady forgot to print out the inspection form, i requested it, and after that is when she decides to tell me that the fuel system and the brake flush (which are in red on the form, meaning they require immediate attention) are not leaking but it s recommended based on millage, and she did print out the quote for $658 since it s not included in the service I purchased with them.

Enough said that I will gladly take my car to do it some where else, and let me be clear it s not because of the price, but I would take my business somewhere where my time it s appreciated, and I can have confidence on the service performed.

We just purchased a 2019 Highlander and had a great experience! From our salesman James Nunez and sales manager Kevin to finance manager Danny and Justin, the process could not have gone more smoothly. We had an issue with the tailgate that was totally our ineptness but when we called, we received great help from sales people as well as Jordan in Internet sales.
We would definitely recommend Lone Star Toyota if you are thinking of purchasing a new car.

Good Sales and Sneaky Finance is my final update ...

Good Sales and Sneaky Finance is my final update and review for this dealership. As far as our experiences the sales people can give you great discount, but the finance department got us our $ with a trick. Basically, a warranty program which cannot be cancelled was added without our knowledge during singing moments. No, we were not given the copy of this contract at the purchase day. When we tried to cancel, we were first given the impression that it can be cancelled. We were assisted to fill out the request for cancellation form, and advised to wait for 12-week-processing time. About 8-weeks later, we found out that it was non-refundable product, and the director of finance told us that that There is nothing I can do, for there is your signature on the contract. Before finding out about non-refundable, I visited the dealership and spoke with the finance manager twice, but he did not tell me anything about non-refundable. When I talked to the refund department, I was told it s not refundable product for first time. I was told There is nothing the refund officer can do; I need to speak with the director of finance for further steps. So, we visited the dealership today and spoke with the director of finance. The meeting with the director of finance was not good experience, either. What she told us were: 1) This is non-refundable product, 2) There is your signature on the contract. (Even though the product was not explained to us, its contract paper was slipped in to sign, and its copy was not given to us on the purchase day!) 3) There is nothing she can do. She was not sincere or apologetic at all; we simply felt that she was defending her office. She repeated I understand ., but . Though the conversations, but not I am sorry that we mis-treated you. We didn t even get sincere apology from what we had been treated as so! Through the conversation before I left there, I learned that very similar issue with warranty cancellation occurred a year ago. At that time, a finance officer forged the customer s signature. The dealership refunded $, and the officer was fired. What s in my mind was that Ah! So now, they slip in the contract to get the customers signature on non-refundable product without their knowledge. Because that s how we perceive our experience this this dealership. BE CAREFUL with FINANCE here!!!!

Outstanding service! Car registration was sent in before inspection was done. Dealership performed inspection and immediately recorded electronically. Now inspection will be there when registration arrives USPS. In addition, dealership rotated tires and changed oil while there.

I was looking to purchase a new Toyota Tundra to haul a trailer loaded with my Porsche on. I needed to know specifics and I knew exactly what I wanted. The salesman was very knowledgable about the towing capacity. Ron, the manager, was kind enough to allow me to hook up my trailer to a used one to make sure I was comfortable with it. Because of his generosity, I am looking forward to driving my new Tundra to the next Porsche event!

In speaking to the sales representative (who was very courteous and helpful) she assured me that whatever price they had online would be honored. To my surprise, when I arrived to the dealership the price started higher. We were able to get back to the right price and I was very happy to surprise my wife with a new-to-her Avalon!

From the moment I pulled up, I knew I chose the right location. 2 weeks ago I just decided to stop by and see what my options were. Instead of bribing me into buying a car WAYY out of my budget, Miguel sat down and made sure he was getting the RIGHT car for me. At first I was set on a 2020 corolla which I thought was enough for me, but after hard work and dedication he made sure to get me my dream car! Last week, I walked out with a New Rav4 XLE and I couldn't have done it weren't for the hard work of Miguel! Make sure you go in and ask for him. He is an amazing, kind and hardworking guy! You will not be disappointed!

Updated review as of 1/4/19: This place is where the CAR SALESMAN stereotype was born!
We came in wanting to purchase the car we leased 3 yrs ago. We wanted a different deal than what they were offering and were ready to walk away hoping to try at a later time or finance through a bank or credit union. Before we left we were abruptly interrupted by the so called Finance Manager Brandon (I think that s the spelling) who came in very rudely, sat on our chairs, did not introduce himself nor asked us to sit, and started to talk to us in a condescending and extremely disrespectful way. He kept interrupting us, implying we didn t know any math, and treating us with total disregard for basic human decency. His behavior was borderline racist since he pretty much addressed my father and myself (both Hispanic) in this aggressive, coercive tone while disregarding my husband (who is white) and who was actually answering his questions. We were appalled with his unprofessional style. He either needs some serious training or simply to be dismissed. It was clear this is his MO which apparently is widely known and accepted as a general practice at this dealership!
We immediately left and expressed our disappointment to Mr Allen the sales rep who kindly helped us at the beginning and Mr Jeff who came afterwards to try to fix the situation. However, it was too late. We will never do business with this dealership again. And, we highly recommend everyone to find another option for them. Do not do business here! They lack integrity and don t treat people right!
FYI Mr Brandon, the three year lease payments of your customers feed you and your family. Thus, you should show some appreciation and treat people with respect. That s how you grow a business.

Great experience here with Kass! He went above and beyond to find us exactly the deal we wanted for my father's 2016 Corolla. Kass did a great job! He was attentive, personable and super reasonable to deal with. We really had a great experience dealing with him and highly recommend him.

OMG!! We had such a great buying experience here with Jose Fuentes and Ali Thanawala!! They were quick and listen to what I wanted. They not only got me in a car I wanted but they also lowered my payment!!! We love getting our cars serviced here that having them assist in getting a new car is awesome!!

Never coming here again.
For the last 13 years I've always presented my Oil Changes for Life card everytime I needed my oil change at this location. Never had an issue before today. Said they needed to see the "original contract" stating I signed up for it. Who keeps a contract signed 13 years ago? Let me just pull it out of my back pocket...

Disappointed that they would resort to such slimy tactics to earn an extra buck. They'll never receive a dime from me again.

Lone Star Toyota rocks! They always do a speedy job, and they even have a shuttle that'll drop you off & pick you up at home or work if you need to get back to doing things. I appreciate their service, particularly employees' Erik & Stefan's customer service.

They offered literally half of what the other dealerships offered for trade in. Then they tried to sell me a highlander for 4k more then the true value cost. I told them what others offered on the car and they said the kbb price is unrealistic and that's all it worth. They said there was nothing they could do so we walked. Toyota is having a hold on distributing highlanders and they are using it as an excuse to gouge prices.... don't go there.... RUN!!!!

I m not usually the type to post a negative post, but after my most recent experience here I needed to.

I bought my 2014 ford truck from here back in December, and I had a good experience. Here recently I noticed a leak in my front passenger side floorboards after it rains. I purchased a warranty when I bought the truck, so I took it in. They stated to take it to a ford dealership and they could call the warranty company. Ford stated the problem was frame damage from a previous wreck and that s not covered under the power train warranty. I haven t been in a wreck since I have had the truck, but in the car fax provided to me by the Toyota dealership when I purchased the truck it did disclose a small wreck. I talked with several managers at this dealership and left my truck there for over a week and they said they would see what they could do to help. After a week I get a call saying it s ready to be picked up, and that I would have to take it to a busy shop, and they couldn t do anything. When I asked this dealership if they would do anything to help cover the cost they said my warranty wouldn t cover it. I asked them if they could find out where the truck had the body work done after the wreck, they said they would check and never got a call back. When I picked up my truck they tried to tell me that they looked into the car fax and couldn t find any info. The attitude from the staff in the service department was that it was my problem not theirs, and they didn t seem to care about helping the customer, and looked for ways to pass off the responsibility to other people. This has been a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend buying a used car here, the warranty means nothing and they won t do anything to help you.

Thanks to Lone Star Toyota service department especially Jonathan Romig who fixed wind noise issue in my car. Before I went there, I brought my car to another dealership up north, and they just said it is normal to have wind noise like that which does not make sense for me. Thumbs up to Lone Star Toyota!
