I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car or truck to Lone Star Toyota. Everyone was very helpful and my sales person Kass had excellent customer service and had answers for all of my questions. It was a reasonably quick process as most of the transaction was conducted over telephone and emails. Kass had to bring the car from a different dealership to match my ideal color preference. The sales manager Ivan was also friendly and helpful. I felt a bit pressured at the finance office (Eddie) to buy their extended service plan. However, I end up buying it as my personal respect to him as an ex military service personnel who served our country.
