This is the worst Toyota dealership. I love Toyota...

This is the worst Toyota dealership. I love Toyotas cars and absolutely love my 2014 Toyota Camry. This establishment is terrible, I bought this car new with only 15 miles on it and paid $2,000 more for the spray for the seats to repel stains where they won't sink it. A gimic. Doesn't work or they didn't spray well enough. First time they sprayed it in 5 minutes and I felt like that wasn't adequate time to get everything completely sprayed so I requested they do it again. 5 minutes later it was back, not sure how they completely sprayed an interior of a car in that quick when almost everything is cloth. Then we paid extra for the dent repair and scratch repair, I believe another $1,000. I had free service through here and was going to get my tires rotated every 5,000 miles. When it came time to get new tires rather quickly I went to outside sources for tire prices since there prices are ridiculous. I had two places tell me it didn't look like I was getting my tires rotated at all, and my front thread was nonexistent at this point. So I called and complained as all my service had been happening here and it was my first new car so I was making sure I kept up with it all. They said there was no way they weren't rotating it, they had a service supervisor and yada yada. A bunch of bull. At this point I didn't want to go back but I had bought the warranty for my seats and scratches so I was going to take advantage of the extra $$ I spent.
Then I called to schedule to get my seats cleaned and a few scratches on my car, and they told me I never bought the warranty for the seat spray or scratch repair. This was absolutely not true so I told the gentleman to check again, and asked exactly where that $2,000 extra went then. He told me if I had proof they would honor it and low and behold I find the contract and it is on there that I bought it!!!! How do they not see exactly what they gave me. Sounds like another gimmick. So I call to talk to a manager and get sent to voicemail so that shows how little they care about customer service or you once you get the car off the lot. Now we couldn't find the contract for a month or two due to a house fire, so now my coverage has expired and I highly doubt they'll honor it or fix their mistake since I've had problems with them since the beginning. Don't buy your Toyota from here whatever you do. Buyer beware.
