Recently, I purchased a NEW Toyota Avalon 2019 LIMITED edition in Sept of 2019. I did not return to the dealer where I originally purchased the vehicle because of POOR Customer Service at CHEROKEE COUNTY TOYOTA. The DCM module for the Safety Connect, Dynamic Navigation and Remote Connect was faulty; which was determined by WORLD TOYOTA. My dad has used this dealers service department for years!!! I took a chance and Criston the Assistant Service Manager, along with John P. the Service Manager AND my awesome techs Luis and Casey partnered with myself and Toyota HQ to get the DCM replaced, as it should have been because the car is still under warranty. They were Courteous, Professional and Ensured the issue was resolved BEFORE returning the vehicle. As a LEXUS(the luxury line of Toyota) and Toyota Owner, this Team of Professionals Truly earned my business....Honesty and Integrity go a long way - not selling a customer what they don't need AND sharing with the customer What They CAN DO, instead of saying NO or focusing on what they CANNOT DO. - That is the true definition of VALUE and creates BRAND LOYALTY, as Mr. Jim Nalley once said! I was taken care of promptly by World Toyota associates. Initially there was some confusion on pricing for reprogramming the electric key, but the service manager stepped in a quickly remedied it, and left me with a good feeling about the experience. Thank you.
I can not get a response back from managers here after leaving several voice messages. I was out of town and my rotars went out on a van with 29K miles. Tried to take to Toyota dealership (out of town) and could not get in so I had the work done at a local shop. Service guy on phone tells me I'm out of luck bc dealer did not do the work. Okay, but after paying a butt load for the van I'm not being stranded for long. I'm pretty sure the owners manual says a claim will not be denied when repairs are made by independent auto service provider.
I have no choice now but to dispute through the outlined chain given by Toyota. There is also a section on emergency repairs in the warranty as well. I'm a bit perplexed by this I thought World Toyota was the best in Atlanta.
However, when speaking with the front line workers all I got were instructions on what I should have done, etc. I'm a 40 year old man with a family who was out of town on vacation, don't lecture me on what I should have done. What I did was got my van fixed so it could be safely driven. Thanks.
I have been going to World Toyota for a year and some change now, and recently I got some work done to my car. Jesse Smith the Assistant Service Manager was awesome! Getting work done on your car is never something you look forward to, but Jesse really cares about his customers and wants us to be happy. His favorite line is, "How can we make it right?" He goes above and beyond your expectations and wants your experience at World Toyota to be exceptional! If you ever go to World Toyota ask for Jesse Smith, I know you will leave with a smile on your face.

Terrell Lee made buying my car a pleasure. He went out of his way to help me find (and then when that was impossible) special order the Prius Prime I wanted. He kept me informed while we waited for the car to come. He spent a lot of time talking to me, including on the phone, and I never felt rushed. I liked him very much! He was helpful and kind and I love the car. It was worth the wait!

I had THE BEST experience with Debra Jones at World Toyota! I knew what I had, what I wanted, and didn t want to waste much time being over-sold. After a few appointments in the Mall of Ga area (including Autonation Totota) I decided to travel a little further to World Toyota. Debra was amazing. She was very knowledgeable but not pushy. She actually got me into a vehicle I wasn t sure I d be able to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! And ask for Debra Jones!!
Service Center open on Sundays for service is not worth going.
I generally go for servicing my Toyota Corolla and Camry to Toyota service centers but I hate their long wait time. I use synthetic oil so that I can get long mileage with one oil change. I heard about Toyota Servicing on Sundays and also had a coupon for synthetic oil change for $39 99. generally my car holds 6 quarts of oil so most service center offers me the coupon Price Plus charge me for an extra quart however the rep (Chris) working today said I would not be able to use that coupon. He justified saying that my car generally holds conventional oil and for them to switch to synthetic oil they will not be able to use the coupon. however I always use synthetic oil change so I'm really not sure what he meant by his justification. I'm really not sure if I can call it false advertising by sending coupons and wasting peoples time
Manager Toby sounds Cold and non friendly . Can do better while dealing with potential new customer. Reason i went to Rosewell Toyota was that their sales team is Excellent while dealing with people.And bought my car from there same day i visit them
A.l.w.a.y.s. the best. It is obvious they strive to be the best, and they are. It's apparent from the minute you are greeted. I've been going to World Toyota for years and they've never let me down, not on the technician's side nor the customer service side. Top notch all the way.
I have bought several vehicles from World Toyota and have had many services done by them. They do do a lot of upselling...which quite frankly is somewhat expected and I consider part of the game with dealerships. My concern is their current service situation. The techs are nice enough and seem to want to do a good job, but they are very limited by antiquated communication systems and just the physical surroundings. While I was there the techs were all eating lunch at their service desk while serving customers which I quite frankly found sub-professional and a little disgusting. There were customers who were being talked down to and dismissed and the whole environment seemed untrained and chaotic, frustrating the techs/attendants and the customers. A manager was nowhere to be found. Even the sales floor, which isn t even under construction, was dirty and unprofessional feeling. If I m a potential customer spending 40k+ on a new car, I would expect to be greeted by reception or a crisply dressed salesperson. But, again, it s sales floor is subpar. World Toyota should have come up with a better solution than trailers during service bldg construction. I will probably take my car someplace else next time. I want to feel like the techs and the customers are all respected when I go into a place of business. It s not the techs fault. This feeling of unprofessionalism seems to be result of several bad owner and (lack of strong)management decisions and training policies.
Missed my appointment and was able to reschedule same day. Seamless service process from drop off to pick up, including complimentary lyft to and from my house. Daniel was my service advisor and helped me in a professional & cheerful manner. Very pleased with world Toyota! It s apparent that it s managed well.
They were short on personnel today BUT those are the times you see true colors and it was a mess. So disorganized. Was there three hours for an oil change. If you are down on people, work to help set expectations better for customers.

If being told one thing on the phone and another entirely different thing when you show up in person about how your visit will go wasn't enough, the complementary grease footprints left on my car mats definitely were!
Update: Went back after work (I was in a hurry to get back so couldn't do this immediately) and they willingly cleaned my mat of all grease AND washed the exterior of my car. Not a great experience on the first go round, but thank you for fixing the issues!
World Toyota was the BEST experience I have had when it comes to my car. Tony Nguyen was so helpful and had exceptional customer service. He kept me updated throughout the entire process of my car being worked out and went out of his way to make sure I was not leaving with an overpriced maintenance check on my vehicle. Will only be using Tony Nguyen and Toyota World from now on!

Let me start by saying that this was hands down the easiest dealership experience I have ever had. I initially contacted World Toyota as I was after a very particular car with very specific options. They had it and I sent an email over. Cody emailed me in response and he provided me with everything I requested. My wife and I arrived around 11 on Saturday AM. We left around 1 having traded in my wife's car for a very fair price, and gotten a great deal on the new one. Our salesman Fedy, the used car manager Cody and the finance manager Aaron were all top notch. I was very pleasantly surprised. When we end up in the market again I will most likely give them a shot. I highly recommend them.

My family have have bought 3 cars from here overall but in the most recent purchase, they have not been really optimal in their customer service. It has almost been two weeks and we are still waiting for the permanent tags to come through :( .

Convinced me to change the tires for this offer that was $1 the 4th. Turns they put the most expensive tires without asking and simply reduced the total by $100, also I did a bunch of things to the car, spent $1,500+ waited from 10:20am to 4:20pm and they did not even wash my car. Never told me it was going to be this long.

Sale person and his manager didn't know any answer we asked and were just guessing things all the time. We have agreed on price and all conditions just to and have them changed by dealership without letting us know.
We were promised additional items with the car, signed on the forms and then manager decided to shred forms and keep what was promised. Eventually we have received what promised but financial items have never been resolved even after multiple attempts to contact with sales person and his manager and dealership general manager - no any resolution no apology, nothing. He doesn't even bother to respond to emails we sent.
Total incompetence and disrespect, never again in this dealership.

I am disappointed with what seemed like a bait and switch approach to service. I scheduled a high mileage service for $220 online then came in and was told the service would cost over $600, the difference being spark plugs. Seriously? I can change spark plugs myself to save $400. I left without any service completed.
He was very blah and not very friendly to be in a customer service position and so early in the am. Team didn t hold their head up to even say Good Morning or acknowledge a guest in the building.
Salesperson worked hard to find us the right vehicle and for a great price. Service has been top notch since.
Had bought a 2017 RAV4 brand new from them. And recently I had a flat tire, and it was for the first time. My tire replacement kit was missing a part from it from the box. Called them to see if they can get me one. And they said we cannot just give it to you you might have lost it !!! Would never shop from them again. They don t stand behind their service or cars.
I had the worst service experience ever today at this dealership. Instead of doing what I asked them to do, they took it upon themselves to make the decision to not fix my vehicle without notifying me or advising me. Didn't even change my wiper blades that I asked for until the service advisor noticed it - while changing them, he placed them on my hood scratching the clear coat. Didn't even wash the vehicle like they do every other time I've been to this dealership. I will never go back to this dealership.

Walked into WT in December 2018 with my bf to buy a pre-owner truck they had in stock. Everything went smooth until I bought the car same day, cash... then check my credit report a month later to see that they pulled my credit WITHOUT my permission. Why? No clue, I never once s asked for their finances as I knew (they knew as well) I was paying cash for the truck. I feel violated and upset. Mainly because once I called back to question them they transferred me to 3 different people. One who was my salesman who tried to wash his hands of it (claiming he is only a little salesman, these matters are above his pay grade)! Ok but at least have the decency to transfer me and let the person know my issue to make my job easier. Point is they don t treat u like anything but just a number. I thought I was part of the Toyota family but I feel anything but. I went in today to have them check out brakes (found out I needed a brake booster and my son and I were riding around UNSAFE) after I reported this to my salesman after purchase, they gave me a rental for because they said it wasn t safe to drive the truck I purchased from THEM! As I sat in the waiting area the salesman who sold me my truck didn t even have the decency to come speak or say hello. Was I not the same person who shook your hand and made a deal less than 90 days ago?!?! The customer service is terrible. If you want great service go to Eric who is a new excited salesman from FL who just started. He made my wait a bit easier while the person who actually sold me the truck sashayed walking past me. I know that them pulling my credit was wrong but I never got an apology. Only instructions on how to dispute on credit report. This place has potential but some of the workers there are GARBAGE. They are too afraid to speak because they know they are wrong and they are on to the next sale. You will be just a number with a price tag when you walk through those doors. I say get to know the person you are going to buy a car from because as I saw today you may need them to right a wrong. (As in my brakes) I give them a 1 out of 5. Do better World Toyota. Btw (I never write reviews so this shows how disappointing this is) smh

I have been loyally and regularly going to this Toyota dealership for service since I bought my 07 Tacoma - even though it is not close to home or work. Until this week, I have had a great experience with them. Last week I brought my Toyota in for vibration that happens around 15 mph. The salesman said I needed spark plugs, complete fuel system maintenance and brakes and rotor turning. We agreed that I would get the brakes changed later. As soon as I left the dealership ($400 poorer), I noticed the same vibration was there. Since it was closing time, I called, complained and the guy told me to come back in another time. I went back today and they told me that I need a new or re-built Drive shaft at $800-1000. I complained about the $400. I already spent that did not fix the problem. He said the manager said I NEEDED THAT MAINTENANCE ANYWAY, and the best they could do was take 15% off the price. I told them to bring my truck around and I will NEVER go back there.

Then i ask: Can I schedule other day at that time? They answer me: "IT WON'T BE AFTERNOON". Wow great attitude from their staffs! TERRIBLE SERVICE. And TOO BAD ATTITUDE.

Three hours for an oil change and tire rotation (which turned into one tire replacement) was way too long. I was the second vehicle there (7am). Matt was fantastic but the time it took to complete service was less than ideal.
PROS - Clean shop and easy to access off i285
CONS - After years of being a loyal customer and spending lots of money here, the repair and customer service has gone down dramatically. I cannot recommend this place to anyone for any reason. There are other large Toyota dealerships and repair centers across the Atlanta metro region and I will be visiting those and spending my money there instead from now on.

I got really good service, great time on oil change and tire rotation, with an appointment that I was on time for an even 15 minutes late. I've been going to this place for two years, I had one bad experience along time ago, and things of really improved and I enjoy going there now 100% of the time. I've tried all the Toyota places in town, and I recommend this place World Toyota 100%

This team was wonderful and delivered as promised. They never got tired of our questions because they answered them honestly. Excellent price, selection, incentives, free maintenance, and finance. This place is covid 19 safe (mask, hand sanitizer, and active cleaning of car knobs, doors, tables, etc.) They have a portable screen to help protect you as well.
They are a wonderful group of people. I love my car!!!!!!
Great customer service team, on time, recall job done; however, 3 recommended services were already done in my car recently such as changing spark plugs. Also, i asked about my battery and front breaks level after a multi point inspection and had no answer or print out like you get on any oil change in town.
I came to get my Rav4 serviced. I was very pleased with the fair pricing and the courteous service of my advisor, Christian. I didn't feel rushed even though it was a hectic Saturday afternoon. I was also just told what I needed and not subjected to any tiresome hard sell.
I will definitely be using World Toyota as my go-to servicer for my vehicle.

Second time here. First time was for cosmetic part. This time I get a synthetic oil change and two oil filters on a Saturday afternoon. It takes an hour and a half, I have to remind the service tech about the filters. Those are installed quickly and I exit in under 2 hours seemingly completing a no frills service appointment where I drive home approximately 7 miles away.
Fast forward to when I drive again that night...on 285! Five miles into the drive I realize something is wrong. I smell burning. The check engine light comes on, the engine spiders then comes to a halt within 30 seconds as I'm in the 3rd lane of a 4 line highway.
I am narrowly avoid being rear ended as well as looking momentum before being able to make it to the shoulder thank to a sting of tractor trailers.
The cause...the service center overfilled my oil reserve. The treatment I received afterwards when I brought my car back via a tow truck was appauling. ANDREW a manager had a horrible "this isn't my problem" attitude. Still waiting to here from the real manager who should be calling me to apologize not me trying to seek him out for an explanation & reimbursement from this ordeal.
Do not go here if you care about your life, safety, or having a reliable vehicle.
Let me just first say that the customer service representatives that answer the phone are all wonderful and have a great attitude. You should give them a big raise because I am almost certain they take a lot of calls from unhappy customers. Beyond that experience, however, everything goes south. I've had to deal with your service department on three separate occasions, and for each one it was extremely unpleasant. In all cases I was told that a Service Manager would get back in touch with me within a reasonable amount of time. Not only did this not happen, but I ended up having to call back multiple times, having to explain each time my problem, to finally get an answer, which was not satisfactory.
This is customer service 101...following up with your customers. Finally, if this were not a recall issue, I would never even bother taking my vehicle to your service department in the first place. My local mechanic does a much better job and makes me feel like my time is valuable. So, you want my business? You can start with following up with your customers.

Do Not Get Your Car Serviced Here!!! The service adviser has no idea what s going on with your car and you cannot even see the mechanics working on your car... it takes too long for them to work on your car and then they always advise to get something fixed or replaced that doesn t need to be. Any service that they recommend, I recommended that you get a second opinion. I especially feel bad for women that don t know anything about cars, this place is taking advantage of y all and their prices are way too high. They tried to charge me $395 to replace a radiator hose! I bought the hose online for $45 and paid another mechanic $40 to install it... this place is the worst for vehicle service...
Cody Watkins was very helpful, helped me to find just what had I indicated of my wants in a new Highlander., after purchasing I came back the next day with questions of my Bluetooth...he jumped in to show me how & set me up, also let me know that he could walk me thru any questions over the phone. Just call he says. And I believe him. Very great Customer Service.

He provided me with options recommended based on my current vehicles mileage as well as offered me a free Chick Fil A breakfast sandwich for customer appreciation.
