Called on 12/12/18 to have a part order so I could...

Called on 12/12/18 to have a part order so I could get a recall that was out on my 2016 toyota Tacoma fixed. So I called I talked with a service advisor and they told me they would have to order the part and it would be 3 days before arriving at the dealership. I gave a few days cuz I work for a dealership as well I know things happen. I just called on 12/29/18 to see If they could pencil me in to have the recall performed. But to my surprise the advisor I talked to didnt know anything about the recall let alone they never even order the part for my vehicle so to my understanding where you guys even gonna fix it or say oh this light isnt on the dash it doesnt need to be replaced when obviously the manufacturer thinks so. But hey I'm just the customer what do I know. I know i can tell you i will never come to this place or send anyone to this God for saken place
