This is the 3rd time I bought a car from Marietta Toyota.
If you are looking to buy a new Toyota, I highly recommend Mr Tom Donalson . He was an awesome sale person and he will help you to find the car meet your standards.

They were very good with my car. However, when I picked it up I found grease marks all over the inside of the leftside of the car. And the tire pressure was lower than when I came in. Not sure about this place.

Sales member did a good job of explaining all of the vehicle features and details about the vehicle. All the vehicles in the lot were overpriced, and they weren t willing to work on price. Car was priced above the Kelly Blue Book maximum in the range specified for the make, model, trim level, mileage, and color. I offered right at the low end of Kelly Blue Book hoping to bargain with them a little. Their price was still above the Kelly Blue Book maximum for the vehicle, and they weren t willing to budge. They told me that the price was fair, and they had the cheapest price in the state. I found two vehicles, one in Carrollton and one in Roswell, with similar mileage and the exact same make, model, trim level, and color for a price well within the Kelley Blue Book ranges. Buyer beware. They ll give you some BS about our area having the highest prices in the country and demand being high for the supply for the area. They ll also tell you about all these features your getting with the vehicle, but features are invoiced on the ticket. My advice, know what a fair market price is and don t budge.

It's not often that I can't wait to visit a dealer...

It's not often that I can't wait to visit a dealership again but this one rocked my world! I had an awful used car purchase experience with Laras Trucks in Chamblee. I called Toyota in a panic because the car I just purchased had undisclosed damage to the transmission. The car was diagnosed and fixed the next day. Steve Hanna was personable, knowledgeable, and charismatic. He was direct with his opinion and I felt at ease following his recommendation. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Ashley Black, the Customer Relations Manager. She was a joy to talk and made the entire Corolla Saga come to an end! Can't wait for that first oil change. Keep doing what you're doing Marietta Toyota.

If I could give less than one I would... Been here for over an hour waiting for my complimentary service. I've lost money from work and time with my family to sit here and wait. Its a shame you pay so much for a vehicle and can't even get your tires rotated and oil changed in a timely fashion...

I m disappointed with the level of service that I received. I dropped my car off at my scheduled appointment time of 7:30 am. The service representative informed me that the automobile technicians are running late due to the storm. I understood this. Shortly after leaving he contacted me stating that my fuel pump was recalled and that he could have it replaced and my vehicle will be ready for pick up at 2:00 pm. I agreed to have the service done.
I arrived at 1:00 pm to check the status of my vehicle I was informed that the vehicle will be ready at 2:00 pm. Upon delivering my vehicle I was informed that the fuel pump wasn t replaced because the dealership didn t have the correct part. My frustration is that the vehicle was dropped of at 7:30 am, I should have been notified that the part wasn t in the shop prior to 2:00 pm. My regular maintenance should have been completed in a timely manner. Furthermore my dashboard was hanging not
re- assembled correctly. There weren t any paper mats/ covers in the vehicle. Therefore I I m almost certain that there weren t any safety precautions used while performing the routine maintenance on my vehicle.

STAY AWAY!!!!! I can not emphasize that any stronger. They promised one thing on the phone but did not deliver when I got there. The sales manager was RUDE and when I tried to ask about a manufactures rebate he told me to stop "snapping like a chicken." I apologized if he felt I was snapping to which he replied "well you are rude." He was so mean he made me cry. I tried to follow up with the general manager and have gotten NO response. Really Really STAY away. Not worth your time or effort!!

Friendly, outgoing staff here at the Service center and Parts Dept. They work quickly in servicing your vehicle. Absolutely wonderful Customer Care. I did have a problem with their Tech Guy being unable to program my GPS properly but that is independent of what I came in for. My 30K servicing was completed by Francine who was a joy to work with.

We had another great experience with Jimmie Wilson on the purchase of our 7th vehicle from Marietta Toyota. He always operates with integrity which is critical in his industry. He makes sure that we are happy customers despite some bumps along the way. He also advocates for his customers internally with management and we really appreciate him. We have had good experiences with all our cars and we look forward to working with Marietta Toyota in the future for our 8th vehicle next year.

As a female, it's not often you feel comfortable that you maybe making the right decision when it comes to searching for a vehicle. My experience with Justin Gispert totally removed that stress. He's a very polite and attentive to what what your needs are in your search for what's right for you. His knowledge of Toyotas was exceptional and he made me feel comfortable and he didn't make me feel like because I was indecisive that he was was wasting his time. He took the time, he was extremely professional and made you feel comfortable at the same time. He possesses numerous qualities that many others in sales could learn from, and to posses the ambition and concern at his age shows Marietta Toyota has a young man that will over succeed in this business and is definitely one to hold on to. I totally enjoyed talking with and learning about the Toyota cars with Justin Gispert. Hats off to you young man and to whoever hired you; they made more than a 5 star decision and time will prove that! Marietta Toyota just may be my choice, not only because of there cars but because of my overall experience with Justin Gispert!!!

I had a great experience here! I walked in and walked out the same day with my new car. If you can set up an appointment with William, he is very personable and helpful throughout the buying process. He made sure to listen to my needs (they were all over the place) he remained patient throughout my experience in purchasing my first financed car. It was definitely a bit stressful on my end being that I was nervous about the payments etc. But the team here helped make it an exciting experience and I left happy with my decision. Thanks to everyone for working as a team to help me out.

Marietta Toyota, was the Dealer of choice for me, from the moment I walked in the door till the last time I walked out, all the employees were exceptional, friendly, efficient, and very professional. They were honest and upfront about drive out prices, negotiable to meet both our needs. I am a big fan of Ric Frazier the sales agent of which I had the opportunity to work with on the purchase of a new Tacoma Truck. He made me feel very comfortable, he was very informative, efficient, patient, and thorough in the purchase process and I am so grateful for Ric,s support and guidance through this first time experience for me. I also want to give Kudos to Jeremy Marx the Financial Manager who is an exceptional person to work with, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient, my experience was fabulous, can't say enough. To top it off I have a beautiful 2019 Toyota Tacoma which I Luv. I will certainly be dropping by to visit again.

I purchased my Toyota Avalon at Marietta Toyota 12 years ago and have continued to bring it here for service. My service guy today was polite. He answered my question with interest and patience. The only reason I didn t give a 5 star rating was because of the non-service when I went to pay and pick up my keys. The cashier didn t look up from her computer to greet me. There were two ladies, and the other one had a customer. It was not until another employee walked up behind the cashier and complimented my hair, she then looked up, never said hello and gave me a price, which was incorrect. I had a coupon offer for my service. Good Customer Service is so important to me. It can very well be a deal-breaker.

This is the ONLY Toyota dealership I will go to in ATL.. the other Toyota dealerships I have tried to trust with my service and needs are not anywhere near up to the standard that this location is at. Everytime I go here they go ABOVE & BEYOND my expectations on the great customer service! as well as the auto service! They leave nothing to worry about and always always always make sure you get the BEST deal! Honestly, save your time, your money, and all your worries by choosing This location no matter where you are in ATL it is worth the drive! Don t make the same mistake I did or have to learn the hard way by trying another dealership!!! This is the one thanks Marietta Toyota !

I am actually not a person to write negative feedback but this time I feel like they charged extra money, just for replacing O2 sensor they charged almost 500$. For one hour labour 130$ and they charged for 2 hour labor for changing O2 sensor.

Everyone at Marietta Toyota was truly amazing!!! David Swaggerty is the man he really knows his toyota! Johnathan Jones was equally great sharing his logic in selecting the perfect vehicle for me!!! Jeremy in financing is god send! He goes above and beyond in finding the best options for you. He was born to finace!! Dr Eric is very passionate about fixing any sickness related to the car buying experience he can cure anything! If your feeling sick due to a bad car buying experience then you should go to the ER room at Marietta Toyota and see Dr Eric!!!! You will walk out a new person. I wanted to leave 10 stars!! But could only leave 5!

I've scheduled all regular service for my RAV4 here. On each visit, service was available as scheduled, with helpful staff and a friendly waiting area. Always out in 60-90 minutes, depending on the routine service I've scheduled.

My appointment was at 9am for an alignment,

My appointment was at 9am for an alignment,
oil change, a tire patch and, a wash. We dropped the car off the night before. The next day we called twice and got transferred; it ring a few times then we got hung up on. No one called back to communicate what was going on. With the few straightforward things that needed to be done on the vehicle I figured they would be done by the end of the day. When we came to pick up the car it wasn't clear who I should talk to so I just started asking randomly. After about 25 minutes I found the only service manager. I asked if everything was done since I didn't see the car parked out front. He said yes except for the wash. He found the car and I paid. The whole deal probably took 40 minutes.
On the way to work the next day the tire pressure light was on; they didn't fix the tire! On top of that I thought there was a special on oil changes this month.
So no communication, no wash, the tire is flat and, I paid full price for the oil change.
I thought Toyota meant quality. Apparently not.

The IT is so new to me and after I got home and didn t now how to shut down I called and they asked me to come back over to help me. I drove to Maggie Valley today it my Gray Lady and it drove like a dream. Joanna

My daughter got a letter in the mail from Marietta Toyota stating that she won a new car, free set of tires, $500.00 Walmart gift card or $25.00 gift card. They didn't let her spin the wheel that was there for the event nor did they allow others to spin the wheel that had the same letter. They gave her a hand written note saying she had won $25.00 in Toyota service. I spoke to a few salesmen as we were leaving and they were very disrespectful. They told us they could give us a free cruise if we want it. This is a SCAM and I suggest that you not go to Marietta Toyota for anything. They are very bad people and running a scam just to get names and numbers so they can call people for a new car. We all know that they don't give up and will call you several times a day. Again, Marietta Toyota is running a SCAM....

I worked with Fred Matte and received good deal on my new 2018 Prius. Fred was very friendly, and willing to negotiate without any pressure. He prepared several options that would work the best for my situation. Since I purchased my car on Sunday and service department was not open to take care of some minor issues, Fred followed up next day with his promise to schedule appointment with the service department. By the way people in the Marietta Toyota service department were very friendly and efficient, my car issue was resolved in less time than I expected, and I am not very patient man.

Overall I had a good experience. First, I didn t have an appointment and they were nice to squeeze me in. Although they said 1.5 hours for the oil change and rotation it took 2.5 hours. Very courteous and professional except at checkout. I was charged for tire rotation even though I bought my tires there and had free rotation. I had to bring it to their attention to remove the charge and that took a frustrating amount of time. This seems to happen every time. You d think it would be in my record and automatically applied.

Brian is my favorite! Besides being extremely nice, he always explains everything in great detail and never pressures you with anything that's not immediately necessary. Whenever I come by I feel like I can to see my buddies:) When I pick up my car from service its always running like a brand new car. The team here is simply awesome, everyone is friendly and professional. As long as I live in Georgia I'll never go to another dealer. Thanks guys!

I was stressed out and dealing with several issues...

I was stressed out and dealing with several issues at once, but most importantly I needed to buy a car immediately. I ve never bought a new car before, and have credit issues and had just started a month prior driving rideshare. I d tried to find a company that would work with me and my situation, and NO ONE would. Finally, Marietta Toyota was recommended to me by a competitor!! So, I called as I was driving towards the dealership. I m so thankful that Tom is who answered that day!!! He is so kind and was extremely compassionate and patient while dealing with my frazzled self! And between him and the finance manager, they made it happen!! I l be going back to them for my future vehicle needs, for as long as they re an option! I love my car, and they gave me a great warranty and Tom had my first service appointment scheduled within a few days (for months away!) So if you re reading this because you re trying to make up your mind if you would like to do business with Marietta Toyota? Get down there and ask for Tom!! He s got a great sense of humor, isn t pushy, is straightforward but with a great sense of tact. You won t regret going down there and letting him get you set up!!! When you get there, if this review was what swayed your decision to go and have a chat with him, let him know and show him this, if you don t mind-so he knows for sure it s me...and I know for a fact he s going to remember me lol!! (Hi, Tom!! *waves*)

Now, I hope you and Tom enjoy doing business together, and I bet you re gonna love your new Toyota!!!

I had an incredible experience working with Jerry Massa. He is a great person, not looking to make money, but to make you happy. He truly helped me (a young woman with little knowledge of vehicles and far from home) take my time and make a decision on a car that would fit my needs. He made sure I was pleased every step of the way. The financing staff was great as well, patient and very understanding of every meticulous question I had in the process. I love this place, if I ever have a car need I will be back, because I was blessed here. The entire process was the fastest I've seen in a while. They really feel like family in there.
