"I'm sold on the service center here. Jason Fallows (the service advisor that assisted me) was extremely professional and took the time to explain how long my diagnostic and repairs would take, and why they might take a while. He set me up with a loaner car, helped with all the paperwork and kept me updated over the next few days. I didn't even have to deal with the warranty, they took care of it all.

When I first showed up I was concerned because I work an odd shift and I have a lot of Doctors appointments and physical therapy so unfortunately I don't have much time to take care of my car. Jason did more than make it all bearable he actually made it a pleasant experience. I hope the dealership manager sees this."
