Took vehicle in for rear end damage. Wanted a Toyota shop to work on my Toyota. What they didn't tell me was that don't actually have a collision repair shop they send the vehicles to Waxahachie. Finally got my car back after a little over 3 weeks only to find that the work was shoddy and had to be left for another week. Would not recommend this place.

Some of the most Professional and Courteous work I've ever had while dealing with My Toyota Tacoma. Miriam helped me with all the work I had done. Kept me up to date with the repairs and maintenance that I had done via text. Fun Fact I had a coupon that I was gonna that I got in the mail to use but forgot it and they still gave me $20 off. These Service advisors actually care about the maintenance of your vehicle and your time. I used to go to Toyota of Dallas and it went down hill so its Nice to meet some people that actually want to help you.

Unbelievably bad service. Asked for car twice to make sure it was in stock for the next day. I drive an hour to find out it was sold and then they keep me here for 3 hours trying to sell me cars I can t afford. In between all that only got 1 call. No notice no voicemail no text. I am disappointed and can t believe how rude the attendants sauloand Dustin.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

Go anywhere else and I promise, you will save money. Took my car here out of of sheer necessity and ended paying them $670 when I could have gone to Plano and had it done for around $250 less. When I contacted them they agreed to refund me $190 but said they couldn t put it back on my card and they would send a check. It s been 2 1/2 weeks and haven t seen a check and nobody will call me back. These people are totally shady and good luck getting anyone with authority on the phone!

EDIT- Sone Mala, I ve left you a voicemail and you have my information so if you truly cared to help, I m sure you would have reached out. Your responses seem to be more of a pony show!

I bought a used car from here with a broken interi...

I bought a used car from here with a broken interior door handle on the driver side. While looking at the car, my salesman told me this was a safety issue and that the dealership would have to fix it. Upon purchase, they gave me a paper saying they would order the part asap and that they owed me the fix since it had not been fix. I picked up the car the next day after it had been 'detailed'. The headlights were not at all clean like I was told they would be, I had to buff them out myself. They seemed to only have put a clear coat over the oxidation on the headlights and evidently did not tape off the headlights because there was coating on the paint and grill. The car had marks on it that I easily buffed out myself. After purchase, found out one of the windshield washer squirters on the hood was not connected to the tube in the hood. Found out that the tube was hanging loose plugged up at the end with a screw. All of these things should have been done in the detailing and 125 or 150 pt inspection. Two weeks after purchase, the dealership had still not called me about the door handle so I called. Came in today and no one knew what I was talking about when I explained my situation. Told my salesman I would be there early this morning and he was not there. No loaner car had been set up and it seemed to me the part had not been ordered THREE weeks after I bought the car. Talked to a manager and did not get much of an apology but finally got a loaner car. Very poor customer service, bad experience with the service department, bad follow up experience after purchase. Do not recommend this dealership.

Took over an hour for a simple oil change. There were many fleet trucks ahead of me which could have waited behind real customers. No car wash since it was cloudy. Tech left greasy hand prints all over the back of my car and smudge on top of my seat when protective cover was removed. This is the second bad experience I've had at this dealership. The last time they broke my antenna in the car wash and didn't tell me about it. Just pushed it down and delivered car knowing it wouldn't go down again.

Service rep condescending said I should have know how long brake service would take. Had similar poor experience with same person having key replaced few months ago. I bought a F150 from Lone Star Toyota in Lewisville and refuse to take my truck to Anywhere else for service. Lone Star sets the bar when it comes to making sure their customer is taking care of. I texted John from the service department Saturday after hours about truck issues. He got his butt of the couch to get my a loaner so I could move around until my truck was fixed. That following Monday, he helped to resolve towing issues. No one is touching my truck but Lone Star. Thanks John

I found a car online contacted salesman to confirm drove well over 30 minutes to get there and he could not locate the car when he had already confirmed they had the car. When we got the salesman was running around trying to locate the car and while he drive me around to find the car - never located the car online and didn t have anything similar. Now keep in mind this a large Toyota dealership with lots of inventory and could not find anything that compared in features and price. I then left the dealership with a promise of a call the very next day once they get the car in their hands (still promised to locate it). Next day rolled around no call but got text couldn t locate it. Several day s later I looked at their website and the car showed to be available. I called the dealership and they indicated it was available. Car still on website!!! Really!!! Consumers beware!

Ask for Steve Roeder by name. Wait for HIM if he is busy because he is the best at what he does. He can get your car deal done quickly. I've purchased 5 vehicles from him and I wouldn't dare let anyone else sell me a car. I trust him and he's always shot me straight, stayed after to close my deal, filled up my tank, gotten my car detailed, replaced missing remotes. The guy will do what it takes to EARN your business and he will keep it by delivering you a quality vehicle with fair terms. Don't take advantage of his kindness, he will always do what it takes to make it right for you if you hit a hiccup along the way. Great guy, fantastic sales professional. This is the second car I have purchased from Toyota of Lewisville, and they are AWESOME! FRED STEVENS was gentleman that we worked with this time from start to finish... let me tell you this guy has integrity plus! We e-mailed back and forth before I came in and when I did get to the dealership the car that I was really interested in was washed and waiting for me to drive! Where else do you find service like that? No hassle, no run around, no pressure, NO STRESS! The terms of purchase we discussed via e-mail before I came in were respected 100%! We were in and out in two hours... that is super speed service. Everytime I called to talk to FRED he was either available or got back to me within 15 minutes! No Joke, I will ONLY buy cars from Toyota of Lewisville, and trust me I'm really picky and I don't mess around. I also had a DVD system added to my car as part of my purchase. We worked with RUSSELL VAN METER in the service department and he was AWESOME as well! My daughter had scuffed my glove box 4 days after we purchased the car. I was sick about it and asked Russell to see how much it would cost to have that scuff (about 10 inches long) buffed out while it was there getting the DVD player put in. Russell had his body repair guy take care of it at NO CHARGE! Totally blown away... this dealership is the gold standard... they certainly know what they are doing... I will look forward to working with them for many years to come! If I had the chance to give them 10 stars I would but they are on a 5 star scale so I'll give them 6 for good measure! Love these guys!

These guys were really un-helpful. I asked several times for the MSRP on a car we were looking at and couldn't get a straight answer - just kept getting the "monthly payments are only ______". If you can't answer the simple question of what the price is, you won't get my business.

You know the quality of a business by the way they assist you after you made a purchase. This is the worst customer service I ve received from a Toyota dealership. I regret deeply purchasing my CHR there. This is my third Toyota and the previous experiences with Toyota of Richardson are 180 degrees separated. Toyota of Richardson and Toyota of Grapevine provide a service Lonestar Toyota dreams to provide. Need to reach anybody at Lonestar Toyota? Prepare to leave a message no one will reply. Need service? Prepare yourself to wait half hour under the hot July weather. I am a faithful Toyota customer who will purchase my fourth one in the next six months. Will I consider Toyota of Lewisville? I d rather buy a Ford Focus! Thankfully, there is a Toyota of Grapevine!

This was the best car buying experience for me! The deal was closed in 2 hours, I went in with what I wanted, crunched my numbers based on my budget, and they honored it. I walked out of that place with the SUV I wanted, the monthly payment I wanted and the best service I've ever had. Jaye was my salesmen and you can tell he's in the people business. While I was closing the deal he took all of my stuff out of the old car and put it in the new, even installed my daughters seat for me, and utilized all of the major safety clasps, and showed me where they were located. Also I worked with Hoss Maleki, the Finance Manager, he was creative and very respectable of my situation so I didnt have to haggle, he understood and made it happen. I would highly recommend Toyota of Lewisville!

"Zero Stars". Looked at a used car this week based on the online advertised price. After the test drive (Danny was great), Carl came out to show us the numbers, which included a $995 "dealer prep" fee on top of the advertised price. After we told him that was a non-starter, Mitch came out and told us all dealers add dealer prep. That is absolutely not true (we bought a used car today at Toyota of Plano and the starting price was strictly the advertised price + TTL, as it should be). We will never shop or get service at this dealership again. If I could I would actually give this dealership "negative" stars, but you can't post with less than one.

After searching online, the only car in the Metroplex optioned the way I wanted was here. The wife and I drove up to take a look at it with no intentions of making the purchase that day.

We met Alan, who led us to the car (which was in the showroom) and he did some shuffling so we could test drive it.

While waiting on that, we ran into an old friend, Steven Roeder, who also works there.

We drove the car, fell in love with it so we went to work on a deal. To me, that to-and-fro is half the fun of buying a new car. These guys are great, they have fun while remaining professional and we came to an accord... actually it was a Toyota, but we made a deal and drove the 2019 Toyota 86 GT home.

If you're in the market for a new ride, go see these folks! Tell them I sent you.

Terrible people, doing terrible things to their lo...

Terrible people, doing terrible things to their long term customers. Service department is lying to our faces, making up fictitious information to try to force your hand. They are running a new "policy" forcing you to give documentation that doesn't exist. They created a "Loop hole" to get rid of us customers who are ligament and paid for our services in advance. The Young man who called himself a supervisor was rude, had a chip on his shoulder from the second he walked up, and had no clue how to read documentation from his own dealership, then didn't apologize when he realized he had made a mistake. Then lied to me and told me there was no way the dealership couldn't look up any sale documentation from my vehicle, or previous records from even tho my truck was bought from them and maintained by them since sept 2007 when i bought it brand new. I have been going there for 12 years and I have never been treated like this. Even after catching a guy sabotaging my truck, I went back because the manager made it right. But clearway times had changed and money is more important than customer service, customer loyalty and the integrity of your service.

My day of car buying started out very rough. Another dealership, who I will not name, showed me plenty of options I already told them I was not interested in, and after plenty of run around I decided to leave. I found I had a flat tire right in front of the main door, and while I changed my tire no one even bothered to check on us. Then I stopped by Lone Star Toyota on my way home and they really turned my day around! I highly recommend my salesman Bo, he was SO personable and makes you feel right at home. Once I decided on a car, the manager came by and spoke with me multiple times trying his best to get me the best payment plan I could. Left with a truck I love, and they were able to turn around a poor car buying experience!

Worse experience I have ever been!!! Everybody is all over the place the service people is not on the same page as the sales people. I had some people tell me one thing and another tell me a whole different thing. I purchase my car on Saturday it's now Thursday and I still haven't received the car because it's been service for seat belt. Not only has it been almost a week, but they gave me a rental that only used for 1 day when the battery went out, I'm so disappointed. I use to work for Toyota of Irving and never saw this happen.

I just bought a 2016 Toyota tundra TRD pro and was extremely impressed with the service I received from both Aaron and Thomas at Lone star Toyota of Louisville. I actually purchased the truck from Aaron but Thomas stayed late after hours even after their doors were locked to help me figure out how to pair my phone, use the radio, use the navigation system, and other features with the truck. They truly provided over the top service and I will definitely purchase another car here in the future. You cannot go wrong with these guys in my experience.

We recently purchased a 2014 Toyota 4Runner Limited fully loaded. Since the new owner of Toyota of Lewisville dealership purchased it, it is the difference of night and day. My husband and I got an outstanding deal, plus they matched within $250 the trade-in Sam Pack Lewisville offered me on my 2010 Escape Limited. Our Sales Professional Sam Mahdi was great to work with as was the General Sales Manager Mark Bedell. Business Manager Angel Calix processed my financing which I was able to get 36 months 0% interest and it went very smoothly and quickly as they knew I had a dinner to attend. Bud had visited with Sam Mahdi a couple of times before just looking at the 4Runner and really likes him.

While we were there I noticed a military person who was there to purchase a vehicle also and Sam told us they like to hire our heroes. If you go to their website you will they have it on the site.

On the 3rd Thursday of every month they have an Owners Seminar and dinner (and I understand it s a really good BBQ dinner) 6:00 to 7:15 PM followed by an informational seminar about using your vehicles, service, the dealership, etc. which we plan to attend.

Just wanted to let you know what a great experience we had with Toyota of Lewisville because I know under the previous owner it did not have good reviews and service. The new ownership and management have really changed the dealership into a wonderful car buying experience.

I had a recent experience with John McMurtray in the service department. He took care of me both times that I had service. He was fun, funny, prompt, and very thorough with everything that needed to be taken care of. His customer service was exemplary. I even witnessed him handling someone there that didn't want to wear a mask as required and he did it with excellent form. I would suggest their service department to anyone looking to service their Toyota any time. Thank you John for a fabulous experience!

I am thoroughly disappointed in Lone Star Toyota and will start reviewing this all over the web. I brought my van in on September 12th to have a flat repaired. I only brought it into Lone Star because I bought my last set of tires there with the guarantee that I'd get the same service I received at Discount Tire, which is free road hazard, flat repairs, balancing and rotation. Well, I got my flat fixed after waiting for 2 hours. Get on the highway and my car is vibrating like nothing else. But, I'm busy, have a job, kids, etc and I can't keep coming to Lone Star to have you fix issues I shouldn't be having. So today I finally can make time out of my busy schedule to bring my van back in to get the vibration fixed, which I assumed when they took my tire off to fix it, they forgot to balance the tire (so professional). My van was NOT vibrating before I brought it in. After waiting over an hour, I'm told I need to pay for a balance ($70) and an alignment, which was done not too long ago. I stopped the service person (can't call them an advisor) there and took my van home!

I AM TIRED OF YOUR DECEIT AND LONE STAR TOYOTA HAS SEEN THE LAST OF MY MONEY!

My son and I worked out a deal on a Corolla. We were pleased with the deal, and I signed the paperwork on the price, shaking hands with the sales team. Everything was going great until finance got involved. When I told them I was paying cash for the car, suddenly everything changed. The sales manager appeared, first time I had seen him, and told me he wouldn t honor the deal since I was paying cash. He would sell me the car, but it would be for a higher price. When I showed him the paperwork I had signed with the numbers we agreed upon, he told me that was just preliminary paperwork and wasn t binding. He then said, Do you want me to tell you the cash price, or not? He never gave us the price, my son and I got up and walked out. Not at all how I expected to do business. Why should their demeanor and attitude toward us change just because we wanted to pay cash?

I came in, looking into what Toyota had available. My last car purchase was a Toyota, and seeing how I was considering what I would get next, I asked for help from Nick. He showed me around the lot, and helped me figure out what I may want to get.

It was an excellent experience, and I would recommend Lone Star Toyota as a great place to get a vehicle. I'm not quite in the market for a new car yet, but I was very impressed by the service I received even when just looking around.

We have been visiting Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville, Texas for the last few years to have our cars serviced. Stefan Walton always goes above and beyond to take care of our 2008 Toyota Camry and 2010 RAV4. He never backs off in giving you the best service you deserve. It is not about getting the car fixed only, but he goes extra miles to make you feel happy, and takes care of you as if you are a family member of Lone Star Toyota. Service department is terrible. I waited over 3.5 hours when they originally told me the wait time was 1-1.5 hours. They did not informed me about what was going on with my car. I had to walk up to the desk every hour to get an update. Obviously they over charged me. This is not the first time I've had problems here. WASTE OF TIME. WASTE OF MONEY.

My salesman, Bradon was great.. Everything was good until I had to make my first payment and it was something I didn't agree to. Doi go up to the dealership and talk to the finesse manger. He have me fill out paperwork to fix my payments, but my payments never changed. I called, even left messages that were never returned. So today I go up there and found out that they cleaned house because of a lot of shaft business goin on.. And my finance manager MJ was in on it. So another guy that works there give me my contract and my signature is no where on the contract, just for my gap coverage. So I'm wondering why I didn't get the original contract. It feels like I been done wrong by a dealership that I put my trust in. And I see the dealership commenting on all the 5 star post... Hopefully you'll comment on this 2 star post. Last week I was contacted by Kevin Polite. He asked me about my lease ending and if he could be of help. I advised him currently I'm not interested in getting another car. However, after chatting with him, I decided to visit Lonestar Toyota and talk to him in person. I can tell you this, after buying cars for over 25 years, Kevin is the best I've ever seen with customer relations. I felt like I was buying a car from a friend, which is why I bought my wife a new Rav4 last week. I highly recommend Lonestar Toyota to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I have two Toyota vehicles that I used to get serviced at Toyota McKinney and then Plano. Both of those dealerships have let me down in multiple ways so I called Lonestar Toyota. My 4R was serviced as a walk-in on a busy, busy Saturday and they got it in and out very quickly. The service job was fantastic and they were transparent and very informative. We will definitely be back for all of our Toyota needs and I'm thankful there is at least one Toyota dealership in the North DFW area that still has great customer service. Thanks y'all.

Once at the dealership he paired me with my salesperson, Thomas, who was excellent. He was very personable, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Service is outstanding every time I bring my 2006 Toyota Prius in for service. Today's visit was routine, just oil/other fluids check and change, plus I also had them rotate the tires. Waiting room is pleasant, as are service personnel. My experience over the past 9 years we have owned this car (purchased new) has been consistently outstanding.

I went to Toyota of Lewisville at the end of November 2013 looking to trade in my old truck for a new, reliable vehicle. I was nervous that I might get manipulated in negotiations as I am a single female and went alone. I was nervous also because the vast majority of reviews I had read online about this place were horrible. However, I am very pleased to report that I had a great experience which surpassed my expectations! My sales rep, Steven Sylvas, made the process simple and painless and was a pleasure to work with. He informed me that the dealership is under new management... I could tell as it was nothing like the horrible reviews. The new dealership owner even introduced himself to me and personally took my trash (I had a snack and soda while I waited). I ended up trading in my truck for a leased brand new 2013 Toyota Rav4. They handled and paid for the tax / license / registration / inspection, and I paid nothing down but my first month's lease payment - which is under $200/month (for a 36-month lease). Plus, as I am now saving $100/month in gas, my brand new SUV is actually costing me only $100/month (for what I am used to). I was well taken care of and got a great deal! This was an answer to prayer!

Well I stand corrected. I vowed to never return and have my car serviced elsewhere. However I received a call informing me of a change in direction for the service department and the new coupons being offered. So I gave it chance. They got my car in and out in a little over an hour, which was quite the shock since it used to take upwards of 3 hours! As long as this new standard keeps around I'll happily be coming back. Doug was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Thanks!

The staff of their service department is very frie...

The staff of their service department is very friendly and helpful, and their customer waiting area is by far one of the best I have ever experienced - comfortable seating in a variety of locations plus free water, soda, coffee and popcorn! It sometimes seems the service takes a bit longer than estimated, but I am confident that they take the time to get it right the first time and return my vehicle in top shape. The complimentary car wash is a nice bonus as well.

A couple of weeks ago my car Lexus takes to perform an oil change I was informed that one of the tires had a staple and you would mined in another hour .After a semena had the same problem with the rim and back, Then an hour of waiting I was served by a woman Selena Coffman said it would be fixed after another hour wait, Selena tells me that no repair and does not have a new tire for my self .I think that little professional do wait for two hours a person for a tire problem. call customer service to have a esplicacion more than a simple apology common: they just chose to say carry Lexus service.
The service is usually good, but I think they have staff who are not interested in attending either the client or the time lost due to lack of INFORMATION.

I purchased a warranty with our car and discovered...

I purchased a warranty with our car and discovered during an oil leak repair someone at the dealership had cancelled my original warranty policy. I had to pay $700 out of pocket to get the car back on the road and have been trying for months to get the warranty issue resolved. Ironically this dealership has hired all new staff since i purchased my car 10 months ago and I can not get anyone to return my calls or emails. I have emailed numerous people at the dealership including the manager Larry King. Unfortunately I do not live in Dallas or i would have already made a visit in person. I am an understanding person but our experience with this dealership has been extremely below par.
